Alright, since I've decided I hated the stat points thing, I did away with it. For those of you who liked it, I'm sorry. So~ We have a new Power Tier that does not deal with stats. Instead, staff will be ranking characters based on their application. To do this, when you approve their application it should look a little something like this:

That would be for a poor application, of course. if you have questions, feel free to ask a higher ranking staff member. =P

Now, since there is this new Power Tier, we no longer have a need for the one character per account rule. However, to save you the trouble, you do not have to delete your account nor repost your application. As long as it is approved, you are fine. You just don't have to log in and log out all the time now. =P I hated it too, I know. XD
