Kidou
- This is not his weakness as in his Kidou are weak ... If you reaaad it, then you'd understand he can cast them as powerfully as anyone else, however they tire him out way faster. As an example, someone else casts Hadou #99, their out of breath but mostly alright, if he does he can't even move for several Posts. It seem's only Zou and Co read that bit.

Shikai
- Fixed the First One with the needed area, its really not as strong as everyone seems to think, even if your attacking him with a mele strike, all attacks in any move in bleach are based on a passive reitsu vs. reitsu battle, so if your a tier 1-1 attacking him and he's a tier 1-1 or a tier 0, the most you'l get is a nicely toasted arm or leg, whatever as you dodge to get away from the sudden flames.
- For the Second Power Jeff I'm ganna leave it along, because only you seem to dislike it's power level, so I want more opinions (No offense intended it's just annoying having to switch things back and forth, been there done that elsewhere. lol =P)
- For the Third, with all due respect Jeff ... how the heck is a Gran Rey Cero, a massive blast of pure raw Energy and destruction strong enough to destabilize the particles in the air itself ... anywhere close to a technique that cages a target in, dealing NO damage to them at all unless their stupid enough to like ... grab the wall? lol

Bankai
- Fixed the Second One, Made it what Zou Suggested and added 3 more weaknesses to it as well.
- Bonuses/buffs, the roleplay is just that roleplay, again its all absed on passive reitsu bashing heads with every attack.Yes his armor is dense, but so was Nnoritora's skin, but he still was getting cut up after Kenpachi's reitsu adjusted, same deal here, basic bleach lore heh. As well as I stated above, parenthesis hold the actual effects for simple reading if you want to skip the roleplay information I typed up.

- Annnd, that was just a slightly rude comment that wasn't needed ... *Blink* Accusing me of trying to make a god character when all I've done is put huge amounts of effort into the character itself is NOT a good way to get new players to feel comfortable here ... just saying. It doesn't effect me really, but you may wanna phrase them better int he future ... just friendly advice. x.x

I fixed the Boosts so people would stop misunderstanding since appearently not everyone knows Basic Bleach Lore, lol which I guess is understandable *Is a bleach nerd*

However, as far as the other ... 2-3 requests that Fue already gave his Opinion on I have left them alone and PM'd Fue so as to get his second opinion on them again just to clarify. If he agrees that somehow a ... Barrier ... should be represented as a Gran Rey ... Cero ... somehow, then I will happily change it and such. Until then I'll leave the app as it is now, though other's are of course totally fine to give further opinions long as their positive/helpful. ^^

I never said that you were getting 2-3 you won't however get 1-1 or 0 as you would expect I usually don't hand out 1 tiers to someones first app but this is good so I will give 1-5

Jeff, I understand you are knew to app checking here. If you're going to quote an ability word for word from an app, please use the quote feature in your post that way it makes it easier for the member to read what you are wanting him to correct rather than what he put. Also, don't be quite so rude and blunt as just saying no. Give helpful examples as to what they can fix.

Far as Ranking goes ... Idk, can he be made into a Royal guard or something instead? Isnt that usually the next step? (This is now tword Zou I think since thats who I talk to about Ranks? .. I think?)

Who/what is Zou, btw? And Royal Guard is canon only. However, for this app, I will grant it a 1-1, since 0 only goes to organization leaders. You can choose to be a captain of another squad if you like.
