Basic Information


Name: Oz (Snow the Forsaken)
Age: 23
True Age: unknown
Sex: Male
Personality: At first Oz appears as a very confused and depressive character, throughout the rp he slowly evolves into a different character. At first he seems dull and bitter as he just recently did something he wasn’t supposed to have done. He later on after overcoming his depression shows a different side of himself he becomes quite odd since he never really explains what sort of intentions he has, his actions are often defined by impulse — which isn't necessarily true, or well, that's what he wants everyone to think. Things tend to just… "Work out" for him, in any way. People are sources of information and should be used to benefit him, when he wants them to.

He is introduced as a manipulative bastard who has an extremely cynical view on life. For one, he doesn't really like to interact with people unless he feels the need to or that they'll have an amusing "reaction". He often pokes and prods at people's weaknesses and quirks because it's entertaining, and doesn't really realize what he's doing until someone points it out. The clown also doesn't appreciate when that's done, because he's fully aware of what he's doing and he couldn't care less! He's rude, honestly, but that's who he is, and people tend to become accustomed to it fast.

Oz doesn't know proper social etiquette. He'll pop out from under tables during a meeting over tea and lay on it, interrupting any sort of conversation no matter whether it was important or just idle chatter. Even with scolding he feels like doing them (much to their dismay and his enjoyment) he continues to. Doors aren't for him! Pantries, closets, the space under tables and beds are all areas that he likes to arrive in places through, just because of self-preference. Rather, he doesn't have a 'normal' sense of things, and does things because they're the opposite of such.

His 'impulsive actions' are usually triggered by having people he's acquainted with be in danger, or something he "uses" stops being a valuable source. Oz doesn't really value his life; he is very mysterious only revealing what he wants you to know. From the outside, Oz seems like a carefree character, never serious and always smiling. He tends to look arrogant shrewd and cruel with a fetish for life and death games. He loves to play with people’s lives and toy with people's emotional states for his own amusement. He is very smooth-talking and charismatic, which leads many people to come to him for help or misleads them into thinking whatever he likes... he is very manipulative and cunning, as he supposedly uses his powers to help people, but in actuality, it is for his own benefit and it usually ends up hurting or humiliating them. Oz is acts quite swindlous and crafty.

Despite what he shows he is very loyal towards his superiors, he despises traitors and doesn’t seem to like children as much as children like him. He seems to have a gift to foresee the future however it isn’t an ability nor is it used in battle for it takes too much time and concentration; it is used just for fortune telling and only when he is ordered or paid to do so for he is afraid for what the future has in stored for him. He isn’t very fond of outsiders and is very distrustful towards new people even though he doesn’t normally show how it, although there are many exceptions; he is very stoic and also a very good liar when it comes to beating around the bush. He never shows his true intentions although he acts quite charming around women; he is a good listener, but isn’t expected to be the type for comfort. The word strange defines this man perfectly as he isn’t mad or insane, but is a bit extraordinary by the way he acts and sees things.

Commonly referred to as Oz, his appearance did not change from the thousands of year’s gap. Although during the rp he slowly changes; he starts with long lilac hair and wine red eyes that turn blue every so often when he tries to tell the foresee the future. He tends to keep a wide strange grin, making his appearance a bit difficult to know if he is mocking, evil, loony or just plain kind. He is very thin, yet quite durable for someone with such skeletal features.

Clothing: Oz is based on the 1870’s style of clothing, he normally wears trench coats vest’s flashy ties boots and different kinds of combinations. He is first seen with a black hooded cape with a black trench coat but after some time he is also seen with a dark blue trench coat that is ripped at the bottom a blue magician hat and white boots with a cane.

Accessories: a golden pocket watch that plays a melody.

Fighting Style


General Fighting Style: Oz is exceptionally good at fighting with his cards. Not only can he do some pretty flexible and fast attacks, but he's great at dodging objects. All in all, he relies a lot on his reflexes. He normally doesn’t fight, he normally plays games with others and if they win he lets them go. The only time he fights is if it is really necessary or if he is taking orders which his physical strength isn’t much, but his durability is impressing despite his skeletal figure and his stamina is pretty good

Strengths: zanjutsu/ expert in magic tricks mainly card tricks, reflexes and withstanding pain.

Weaknesses: Deals, if he makes a deal and he loses then due to his ability he loses the match. He is unable to go back on his word however this demon is able to back stab in a way that he can still get what he wants. He also isn’t very good at sensing spiritual beings, which he tends to laugh at since he can see them and fight them.



Abilities & Weapons


Weapon

Appearance: Cards, he is able to create as many cards as he desires and shape shift them as tall as 7 feet, it can be used as a shield being able to block even the toughest cero’s. The cards are thin, but they have blade like edges that are as sharp as a zanpakutou blades, but when they are tossed they take of the speed and effect of a bala as they hit their targets unless he doesn’t care to explode them, then and only then will they stab like daggers.

Powers: Mystic

Primary Stage

Name: Game

Effect: this technique makes a territory that last up to 15 post or until the game is over which in return has a 7 post cool down. The territory has a taboo which all opponents and including the wielder is doomed to the rules and terns of the game which is decided before the game is in session and all players must be willing to accept the terms. There are five original games which do not require many rules and are most commonly played: Chess, truth or dare and sherades… this ability can allow to play any other game as well as long as it is approved by all players. However how they are played are not like your average game for example:
Chess is played (very much like harry potter’s wizard chest) on a giant chest board where each person is a piece of the game each piece that is knocked off the owner to that piece will receive an electrical current throughout their body with the strength of kidou number 4. The game is over once the person can no longer stand the pain or when a player reaches check mate.


Name: hocus pocus

Effect: five human sized magician hats appear each with a surprise inside which is the following: energy bomb (effects like a gran rey cero), energy blast (like a bala), Rabbit (oz becomes a demon rabbit), unknown, free pass (Ends the game). A pm is sent to a staff with the thread and the order of the hats and if the opponent doesn’t choose a hat then Oz himself would not only choose one himself but then again he would remix them.

Name: Unknown

Effect: has the effect of a hado 54, it is a random elemental based attack. If it’s fire then it will incinerate a target completely when it makes contact. Ice would temporarily freeze the opponent’s body for either a post or for a few seconds if they are either ice elemental or have brute strength. Thunder would produce a massive shock wave. Darkness would shoot a dark beam, light would shoot a blinding beam that slightly burns, water would shoot a massive wave of water like a water pump directly at the opponent and finally beetle bug is a small bug that is launched into the floor which causes a temporary earthquake that lasts a post. This has a post cool down.

Name: match it

Effect: only used to hide either an object or a person in a card and then play a game of memory where the majority of the cards are dangerous and only one pair out of twelve cards is the object. The only way to get the object/person back is to win the game. One post to prepare and three posts cool down. this is used for rp purposes mainly.
Card Pairs: Energy bomb (effects like a gran rey cero), Energy blast (like a bala), Unknown, Rock (look up rock paper scissors), Paper (look up rock paper scissors).

Name: Reverse

Effect: for three posts everything is in reverse and including speech, Oz is able to speak in reverse and therefor is very well understandable. In order to counter this ability the opponent must be able to walk and attack in reverse. It has a three post cool down.

Name: Alakazam

Effect: Oz transforms into a Demon rabbit, his abilities are now all on offense as his cards form a giant scythe. This last for three posts with a one post cool down.

Name: Rock paper scissors.

Effect: it’s exactly how you play the original, however this game is easily cancelled out if and only if the opposite player plays. once a player loses there are consequences, either rocks shoot from the sky like a cero metralleta, swarms of paper doves fly out from his hat at the opponent very similar to byakuya shikai except that it is extremely flammable and last only a post while the scissors are a pair of giant scissors which is pulled out of his small pocket he pulls them apart and tosses both of them that will continue to follow their target until they finally reunite themselves or are destroyed.

Name: magic hat

Effect: this ability allows him to do the basic magicians magic trick; these are not used during combat as it is for rp purposes. He is able to pull out a rabbit, flowers, treats and even jewelry. if he taps the hat he is able to disappear and reappear 6 feet away which has a two post cool down if its used.

Name: magic box

Effect: a human sized box that allows Oz to either disappear a person to a determined place (And with owner’s permission out of the thread) cut the/himself in half without hurting him, drown himself without dying and perform other stunts without hurting the person. The box can stand up to kidou 65.

Final Stage

Name: thou out cursed thy prey

Effect: the opponent must hear the words or else it has no effect on them; the target is cursed for about five post, all abilities now take two thirds of the original damage. With a seven posts cool down.

Name: Abracadabra

Effect: a massive wave of energy is sent at the target like a hadou 73 with a post cool down.

Name: dice

Effect: it’s just like the match it game, but Oz can only toss them once per every five posts this allows him to use any of the selected ability without a post to recharge. For whatever it lands on has the effect times two if the dice lands on the same number (2,2) or randomly (2,5).

Name: nightmare

Effect: Oz much touch the opponents temples/forehead, twelve circles appear over the floor, six of them conceal dead hands that will threaten to come and grab the targets ankles legs or whatever that touches it while the other six explode. Meanwhile Oz takes the figure of the targets darkest memory for three post with a three post cool down.

Name: Dancers

Effect: three strange dancing creatures are summoned, they can be a difficult opponent even though they are a 2-5 tiers. It will kick the target vigorously for an extended period of time. Each kick sends the opponent a few feet into the air. The most deadly attack comes when the Dancer is sliding with glowing hands; if one touches the opponent while doing this it grabs target and jerks them around in a dance before kicking them. There are fast and strong, but their durability and stamina are weak for they last three posts if they aren’t defeated with a seven post cool down. During rp times he is able to summon them through his hat, but they do not battle unless Oz is in his final form and summons them. The dancers have a mind of their own and he can make as many as he wants outside of the battle field.

Name: copy

Effect: Oz is able to copy an ability after seeing it only once and at two thirds of its power. If the power is a cero/bala or a kido (around 46) he can use his hat to suck it and shoot it back at the person with the same power. but if it’s a special ability that is stronger than the three it will be two thirds of its original strength.

Name: circle of doom/bondage

Effect: Oz creates a circle around him and chants creating a strange marking (very similar to FMA) an energy ring appears above him and launches at its target, if the chant ends with doom it will create a massive explosion as soon as it makes contact and if it end with bondage as soon as it hits the target it will bond with energy ropes and explosion are as strong as a kidou 73. Three posts cool down.


Back Drop:

Background:
Snow the forsaken was born in a poor family of twelve; his father was an outcast and his mother a fortuneteller, in order to help his family the young boy used to go on the streets and preform magic tricks with his father. Snow was six at the time and was quite impressive with cards, within due time he began to go alone and help support the family. One day as he was taking a nap, he had a dream that the sky was raining balls of fire and he was standing above the graves of his loved ones. As he told this to his family, his father told him not to think of it and to go back to work as his mother worried. It was around this time when there was an attack on the town and everything was set on fire. Due to the fact that he was out preforming, he was not in the same place as his families were and therefor he wasn’t killed but was kidnapped and made into a slave for the nobles. He was used for their won entertainment weather a whipping boy or a joker he did what he was told.

At the age of eight he had another strange dream that a powerful being came and he was wonderful, but then he brought a dark cloud behind him and everything perished and including the powerful being. He told the other servants about, but they said nothing. Not too long after the nobles brought in a wizard; The wizard was known as Oz and he was great and wonderful; he wasn’t a slave but was a servant and he performed the most amazing show he had ever seen. It reminded him of how his father did it; little did he know that the magic was actually supernatural powers. Snow seeked after him and begged the wizard to teach him. The wizard had no interest in teaching the child, but he was soon proved wrong as the child demonstrated himself more than just worthy. Originally the wizard was a spy from one of the enemies, but he took a liking to the child and slowly began to teach him how to properly use his powers. Snow grew to trust Oz and even told him about his dream; Oz wasn’t very thrilled about hearing it as he seemed quite angry yet he realized that they could use the child.

It was only a few months after when the nobles were attacked, during the attack everything in sight was killed and including the great wizard Oz; his only wish as he was dying was that his comrades brought the child back to their one and only master. But his last words to the child confirmed that he had a gift to see the future and there for should always trust his instincts and never mingle with time. Snow was broken, but at the same time burning with reistu; he hated it that he couldn’t save anyone, not his siblings nor his parents and not even his teacher. He was prepared for the worst as he reached his new home, however his master was anything but what he was expecting him to have been. Genesis Nayru was a wonderful master and had many daughters but no son; he practically raised Snow to follow into Oz’s footsteps.

Snow was only fourteen when he became Oz the demonic wizard, seeing as though there weren’t much humans with abnormal abilities he was known as a demon yet also known as a wizard to those who praised him. He was also a guardian towards the daughters of the noble family, Tiara was his favorite little girl whom he soon swore an oath to protect her. He was about twenty when she was born and beside the point that he practically took care of her he took every one of those precious girls like sisters. He served under the noble family Nayru since he was eight until they were mysteriously massacred for political reasons. His lord whom was practically like his father was killed during the incident while he and the lord's youngest daughter were out. Snao who was also known as Oz at the time, blamed himself for his carelessness and illegally made a deal with a hinrichten selling his soul for more power. He wanted to change the past and in doing so save his lord. The deal was to collect a thousand souls; despite countless times of both shinigami’s and quincies interfering, neither race knew or once thought that it was a mere human trapping souls. In due time, Oz finally had enough souls and as a reward had his wish to turn back time.

However when the clock made a full revolution, he was pulled into the future; the changed past wasn't really what Oz wanted. The Nayru family was still murdered. According to history, the oldest daughter of the house was assassinated, which led her husband to murder the entire family. The political massacre did not happen and Oz's lord lived for 4 years longer, but instead, the little girl who originally survived the incident died and Oz blames himself for that; he realizes now that he was the one who asked for the past to be changed and in reality, he really just wanted to erase his own guilt of not being able to protect his lord.

It’s been two weeks since he has been in the present; due to his loss’s he is under a lot of depression and is also in culture shock. He doesn’t understand the new world and he doesn’t care to as he now attempts to redeem himself. He learned to never temper with the hands of time and that you can never change the past and yet he is currently searching for a new purpose to his forsaken life which was why he was called Snow the forsaken…

Side Notes:
1. I plan on killing him later on and making him between an shinigami or an arrancar.
2. His appearance changes during the rp such as his hair getting cut during a battle and he also loses an eye.
3. The reason he came from the past is because when he becomes a shinigami/arrancar he is older.

These abilities are to be watched... Because some of these are a little extreme if you get the meaning of what I say... However, besides most of these abilities looking a bit extreme, it looks good...
