I think there was a rule set that vizards can't use bala. im not sure which are the added abilities and which were already existing. just clear that up plz......TY FOR YOUR TIME!!!!!!!

No. The rule was no Sonido, not no bala. Which I could never figure out why vizard were using sonido in the first place. Bala is just a different form of cero, just much weaker and much faster.
