No. New members can also do Tourneys, to my understanding, but they must be approved by Selkie, since he is in charge of them. For sure, missions by members is okay, just needs to be approved. Before this tourney gets underway, Selkie must give his approval or denial here.

I am going to use (If approved) Ika Ulqui Koji and Robin.

You know... That's another thing... I say that there should only be one (or at the very most 2) characters to use per tourney... Because people who don't follow that idea would gain more kan than even the victors... I'm sorry if I'm using this tourney to point out some flaws and trying to make some rules that regard towards tournaments... It's just that I am a person of fairness... you know what I mean?

I do. But very simple. If you register more than one character, and if you win say all three tier groups, you only get the 5000 kan, not 15000. Or two tier groups, you get a first place and a second, you only take the highest amount. A new rule regarding tourneys should be in order. Mind coming up with a set and pm me, Fritz? Probably one character per tier set for sure.

But tourneys by members probably should be moderated. Fritz, mind doing that for this one if Selkie ever comes in and gives his approval/denial?

If I may 3 characters per tourney but can be from any tier group also I agree with the Kan rule.

Sorry Jeff, but I don't like that... 1 character per tier group... AND only involved in just 2 tier groups so that you can give others a chance... I'm going to relay that to Jun himself so that he can give me his suggestions on that...

Since Selkie has not even logged in in a few days.. I declare this tourney approved. Until Jeff states which characters he is going to use in another post.. I'm just going to put Ulquiorra and Robin in the tournament roster which has become Fritz post. By the way. one tier difference does not mean you are stronger in every way. it simply means that you have potential to be stronger in certain ways. So do not think you can easily defeat your opponent due to tier difference.
