Ika is a gloomy and depressed person without a blunt in his mouth and finds life absolutely worthless. Ika does not fear death one bit and feels at some points in time deaths the only way out of misery. He is probably the most depressing person to be around without a blunt in his mouth. Since Ika is usually high off his ass to the point where if he was floating he'd be burned by the sun his subordinates do his homework usually. He also threatens them with Mental Suffocation so if they don't theres hell to pay.

Ika loves Screamo music and is often caught with his Ipod in his ears blaring some nice Screamo though he does like bands like Brand New and Jamestown Story.Ika is quite powerful and is known to be a prodigy after graduating from the academy in less than a year though it never goes to his head. He has been known to have a drink with everyone once in a while and has even been known to drink with squad 11 on occasion. He is a quiet person who does not speak often unless spoken to. He also has no mercy for anyone or anything. He actually claims anyone who dies on the battlefield are lucky and more fortunate than those who lived to tell the tail.


Ika is a proud stoner and enjoys being one and has a bull burn on his left thigh to prove it and he considers it to be a very special marking on him. He hates anyone whos overprotective of others though to his friends he is overprotective himself. When Ika is completely baked he is laid back and care free thus not having a care in the world. Ika has been known to never fall in love feeling it only leads to heartbreak and claims he has no heart left to break. He is known to be a problem child and in his human life had frequent run ins with the law. He is also quite insecure from being abused in his childhood.

Ika was a very depressed person in his human life and that carried over somewhat he got addicted to cutting mentally and never stopped and uses the cutting in battle to harm his opponents if they have a low pain threshold. Ika does not like to talk shit he likes to let his fighting ability do the talking and is not known as a merciful man. He also loves pain and finds it quite addictive. Ika hates cocky or arrogant people and also power abusers and if he can likes to put them in there place.He hates all Arrancar and Hinrichten and Hollow and sees them as a plague to the world though if he had to would fight alongside one.

Ika hates stress and makes his subordinates do his work to avoid it at times as well and makes sure it never leaks out with the threat of Mental Suffocation.He finds life to be a meaningless illusion and often treats it as such. He also loves sex and will fuck whenever he can if he can when he gets the chance and has never resorted to porn or Hentei for pleasure. His hero is also Hugh Hefner owner of the playboy mansion whom he finds to have lived life as its meant to be lived. He is also a song writer whoms musical influences are Oliver Sykes A Jamestown Story and Danny Worsnop.

Fears:Ika fears his friends and family dieing even after seeing so much of it happen he says it never gets easier. He also fears breaking his guitar Jobe if it were to break... all red and black hell would break loose.Ika fears never having sex again or seeing boobs the thought to him is terrifying and easily one of his most depressing thoughts.Ika fears not having a blunt in his mouth because he becomes unpredictable unless he's fighting at that time.He also fears losing and never wants to lose a spar or fight.

Ika fears stressful situations and almost never enters any unless he is forced to do so by a higher power and even then he's pissed and hard to get to do it. He also fears not having his Ipod for more than a week because it relieves much of his stress through his music.Ika also fears having no underlings to boss around and do his work for him because he hates work. He also fears not being able to fight. Ika fears one day his hard headedness will get him killed by Selkie or a another high ranked Shingami or Arrancar or Bounto or any other race.

Ika looks emoish he wear Skinny Jeans which are always Black and a Black and White patterned belt. He wears band t-shirts like Bring Me The Horizon, Asking Alexandria, Bullet For My Valentine, Black Veil Brides, Pierce The Veil, Eyes Set To Kill, A Day To Remember, et cetra. He has Snow White hair and Blue eyes which are almost crystal colored. He has scars all over his body from where he used to cut and still does since he's mentally addicted. He has a large sheath in his left pocket as well.

He has large muscular arms and bracelets that cover his scars. The bracelets all have band names on them like Bring Me The Horizon, Asking Alexandria, Bullet For My Valentine, Black Veil Brides, Pierce The Veil, Eyes Set To Kill, A Day To Remember, et cetra. He wheres black Ed Hardy Converses. He also has a tattoo right where his heart should be in the shape of a heart with a horizontal line through it. The heart represents his being broken. He is about 5'11 160 pounds.

Fighting Style

General Fighting Style:Ika is a great fighter at any range namely short to mid range and can keep his opponents at that distance always. He is a great user of Shunpo and uses this high speed to keep his opponents close in and is quite smart about it. He is terrible at Kidou as well and only uses Hado 29 and under. He is great at Zanjetsu and uses this to keep his opponents at bay. He is a terrible person at trapping his opponents or planning ahead and never attempts such stupidity.

He is very durable thus making his ability quite effective on those with low pain thresholds. He has tons of stamina and can fight full blast for around 12-15 post on average and does not have to take a break very often. Ika is terrible at hand to hand combat without his hand blades and almost never trys to go hand to hand.He is great at sensing people thus making him a great tracker. Ika is very smart and uses this to be a tactician and is flawless in his skills in combat.
Strengths:Ika is a fast man and one of the fastest people around using Shunpo and easily out speeds average captains in Shunpo like its nothing. In Zangetsu Jeff is one of the best fighters in the Seretai and can hold his own against anybody with all of his weapons.He is a durable fighter thus making his ability's much more powerful and can withstand pain like severed limbs like cuts.His stamina is also great and one of his best attributes and can fight for days on end and not tire out. Ika's is also one of the smartest Shingami out there.

Ika can fight at any range due to his ability's but he excels at close range in Bankai due to his hand blades and fast speed. Ika is a very powerful man and can easily carry a 200 ton object like its a feather. He can also track a 3-5 tier exerting minimal pressure from miles away his tracking is that great. He is a great Tactician and uses this to his advantage when battling someone who is sloppy in skills. Over all Ika is one of the most well rounded Shingami out there.One of his other grweat abilities is hand to hand combat and brawling.


Weaknesses: He is also one of the worst Kidou users in all of the Soul Society and is only able to use Kidou 29 and under. He is also a terrible at planning ahead or trapping his opponents thus he does not resort to this of ten. Ika is also a terrible medic and can't heal many things at all. These are his basic weaknesses.

Spirit’s Personality:Bleeding Heart is a depressed song writer who loves to play guitar. He is a rather gloomy fellow and is often to honest about something if it is hopeless in his mind. He is a loyal spirit and helps Ika whenever he can whenever Ika needs it though he does not speak often. He is a sarcastic man whom often abuses Ika if he's high and cannot tell when he's using sarcasm.Deep down Bleeding Heart cares about Ika a lot and protects him however he can.

Bleeding Heart says he can never love again after what she did to him however who she is is unknown. He is often lonely and rarely ever speaks if he's not spoken to and yet it does not matter to him usually. He loves music and him and Ika often discuss music together considering they like the same music.He hates to see Ika get hurt and really hates to see it and often yells at him to kill them. As you can see Bleeding Heart is quite a character. Bleeding heart is also quite sarcastic and humerus at times.

Mental Suffocation- Ika can inflict his worse memories and thoughts on his opponent and alter them to make them what would be even to them Example in his life Ika's girl friend who was like his wife died.He can make his opponents think it has happened to thejm and enter the thought into their mind. It has a 2 post cool down and is used by transmitting Reitsu to their heads to make the memories.
Boosts:Ikas strength doubles along with his speed. His Shunpo speed increases to twice as fast as well. His Kidou power increases to.

Bankai

Abilities:Injury infliction- Any non fatal injuries Ika gets are inflicted on his opponent This has a 1 post cool down.

Reitsu gas-This allows Senses Distortion,Emotional Devastation, And Mental Suffocation. and Injury Infliction for 5 post when it gets into there wounds or they breathe it in.

Emotional Devastation-This ability calls back all of the memories that made a person sad and doubles them and he can also inflict his own on his opponents making them feel miserable. 5 post cool down


Senses distortion- Once per battle Ika can disable a sense of his opponent but must automatically go into fatigue state for a turn. This last for 5 post.

Inner Hollow


Appearance:
Personality: Ika's Hollow is completely different from him and his Zanpokuto spirit. The Hollow is Cocky and rather willing to fight,rather will fight over stupid reasons. He loves the rush of battle and prefers to spend most of his time practicing. Thought he shows no emotion or interest in his comrades he does protect them so some consider him a hard shell with a soft inside. He is a very powerful Hollow and prefers to settle his battles with fights not words. he is considered cocky and arrogant and most people think he is quite mean. he loves to kill his opponents methodically and painfully, putting despair into them until their last breath.As cruel as he can be by his closest friends and subordinates Jeff is considered a caring person and lovely to be around thought he does not believe so him self.

Thought not shown he cares deeply for Ika and if Ika is injured he goes ballistic. He says when he dies he wants to die standing up to a powerful advisory in a fight. He also believes he one day Ika is meant to be the most powerful person to ever live. He can be quite caring and loving though it rarely shows and he usually is quiet. He loves music and often talks to Ika and his Zanpokuto spirit about it.Overall the Hollow is a rather crazy character.

Abilities: He gains very tough Heirro which is Very hard to pierce by anyone 2 tiers lower in Shikai. and is still hard to pierce by anyone higher tiered than him anyway. His Cero is quite powerful and able to be used three times a post and 9 times before reverting. Compared to the average Cero this one is close to twice as strong.His speed and strength is also amplified by three.As you can see his powers are very powerful.
Hollow Powers: Cero,Heirro,and amplified strenth and speed.His special ability is to sense something that was a terrible thing in someones life and talk about it to make them fight enraged or saddened.



Back Drop


Background:Ika was not your normal kid as a human He lived a tough life losing his brother and mother in two years and then had a following two years of 5 friends dieing as well.He hated death and always was against it though he never was against fighting and he fought quite often. He had three friends at this time since he was very antisocial. They were Franky Jessica and Tanner. Franky was an emo kid Tanner and Jess were Bi and Hipsters so they were a little fucked up but Ika was not exactly normal either so what did he care. He was a mentally addicted cutter and stoner and got a bull burn on his left thigh to prove it and values it as his life almost.

He was raised in a house where his dad abused him and often showed signs of this and felt worthless at most points in time. He was never loved in his opinion and really hated life and was tempted to end it. One day it was his birthday and his dad being a prick and all gave him a noose a razor and a card that said how worthless he was for his birthday. Ika was terribly upset about this and got the point. He went to the woods and hung himself and gutted himself and watched his funeral as a Shingami to see that no one even came to see him buried. He became emotionless from then on.

He was bored in the Soul Society he wanted more than to just lay down and waste away all of time itself. He then enlisted to become a Shingami and was great. He graduated top of his class in one year and then became a seated member in squad 6. He then heard his Zanpokuto speak to him and immediately knew it was time to learn Shikai. He learned it quickly and effortlessly and often used it against people to piss them off if they did the same to him. He then became lieutenant and decided it was time to learn Bankai.

Bankai was a breeze for him and he thought he looked quite badass and he was right. He was absolutely badass and went against his captain in a spar and won while using Bankai in front of the head captain. The Head Captain was impressed and made him the captain immediately. He was content with this for a while. A matter of fact he was content for 100 years. Then an event that shook his life forever happened. He would never be the same ever.

He heard screaming and as he went to rush to investigate he saw that his lieutenant was being killed. She was woman and she was being eaten by a Hollow and as it swallowed her it turned around and spoke to him "Long time no see Ika". He recognized the voice it was Jessica. He nearly dropped on a knee and allowed death to come until his Zanpokuto spirit took over and slashed her open and made him watch her disappear. It was a terrible moment in his life and one that could of ended it for him.

Life went on even though he began to smoke a joint nearly all the time and just kind of went the direction that life took him. He had lost most of his humor and the lieutenant he had just gotten wasn't half as good as the one before. He wanted to send him on a hard mission and hope he'd never return but the head captain wouldn't allow it. This disappointing him greatly.He began to realize that he was not doing very well as a captain as irresponsible as he was but he knew it was not enough for his title to be revoked.

One day as he was walking around he got knocked out and woke up weirdly and felt something white going around him. He was in utter disbelief he was Hollowfying. He screamed bloody murder and realized that if anyone came he would not be as welcome he ran like hell until the pain overwhelmed him. He passed out and then soon began to hear his Inner Hollow speak.He did not mind it as it was much like his Zanpokuto Spirit and himself in many ways. He was a runaway not accepted anywhere that he knew of he then decided to go look for the other Vizards. He figured he had been sealed so he knew it was one of the better ways to have it happen.
Side Notes:In Bankai Ika gains hand blades.


RP Sample:Robin was walking through Karukura town seeing the rising death toll before his own eyes literally as people dropped dead left and right. It nearly made Robin cry as he walked through what was left of Karukuru town which in retrospect was not much at all. It had been ravaged by death and the stench filled the air and made it that much more known as he walked through seeing nearly everyone in town gloomy. This was indeed a depressing sight for anyone with a heart and he nearly lost it when a boy dropped dead.

He felt a unpleasant feeling of death no where near anything he'd ever felt it wasn't Quincy, Human, Arrancar, Hollow, Heinrichten, or Shingami. He felt a creepy since of death originating from this Italian restaurant down the road and then saw two more people drop dead with skeleton tattoos and a similar feeling. He saw a man walk out of the Italian restaurant and the feeling increased and he looked quite weird. . He then approached slowly as an odd man walked out. He had never seen him before and he did look strange indeed.

Robin made his Reitsu knife quickly and made his way to the man and waited and watched him like a stalker. He was very upset and if this man was linked there was hell to pay and by hell he meant him rotting there for eternity after Robin killed him. He Hirenyaku'd through trees and bushes and had made his bow and arrows and had them ready to go. He hid his presence quite well and continued to follow the man and then popped out of the bush. He walked out as politely as he could and stuck out his hand "Hi friend my name is Robin Hood what might yours be my friend. Robin awaited a response.

Bloodhound was sent to investigate the humans unusual death rates which was the highest since the Bubonic Plague. Now Bloodhound nor many other Arrancar cared about the Humans but Human loss was food loss and food loss was quite bad and some Arrancar had feelings. Bloodhound however was not one of them he had no feelings what so ever and was Hollow like in personality. Even with this after seeing a young boy die in the street he did feel bad ever so slightly. He then noticed weird morbid feelings of death coming from the crowd of people and he went to look and all of them had skeleton marks. He then felt a similar feeling from a restaurant.

Bloodhound felt something familiar and went to check it out and found an unknown man by himself and the feeling got stronger. The mans Reitsu in no way matched that of a Heinricten, Arrancar, Hollow, Shingami, Quincy, or Human. He found this weird an walked into the Italian restaurant and saw the imp. A perverted little creature and as he walked by he kicked it across the room. He then followed the man out as he walked and saw the Quincy following him for probably the same reason as Bloodhound. It was a dreary day and the air was filled with the stench of death not one Bloodhound minded but...

Bloodhound was following the man using Sonido and was about to cut him off when a Hollow attacked him he stabbed it in the face with Fang and knew it was dead. He didn't even turn to see it vanish into nothing. He then decided his best approach was to release so he sighed and spoke "rip them to shreds with Fang and Claw..". His body changed to a much more wolf like figure that he loved. He Sonido'd towards the Quincy and spoke "I'm not here to harm you but that man seems in some way involved with these deaths lets kill him". He awaited a response.

Energy Blast, keep in mind if it as powerful as a Gran Rey, it must have a cooldown (Gran Rey as a three post cooldown, buy you can have it be a two post cooldown.).

Speed triples Strength triples defensive capability's increase by three due to the armor. inc power doubles Shunpo speed doubles. Commas, please? I'm confused of what is increased by what amount. What is bold, I have no idea what that is.

Oh, keep in mind that that in bankai, you can't use your shikai's abilities unless they are listed in bankai. Just letting you know...moving on to the other bankai abilities...

Emotional Devastation, cooldown and an activation method is required. Definately a larger one than the other mind one that you have in shikai.

Unreal Injuries I'm confused one completely. Can you describe that one better? Oh, and please put an extra space between abilties so that they don't all seem to run together, makes it easier to read.

Mask appearance? You kind of need one to have it...

Mask abilities...anyone four tiers lower than you won't stand a chance anyway, so that statement about your heirro is kind of pointless. It's tough, I get it, but blocking shikai from one tier below you is where I draw the line. Completely at least. Two tiers below you with shikai (or equivalent) can still be extremely tough for them to cut you, but not impossible.

Oh, vizard don't have sonido. They have SHUNPO. I never understood that logic...

Cero, about how powerful specifically is it? When compared to a average cero of your tier.

You can have a single custom hollow ability. Like my Raiden Arashi's Kuragari Arashi. Just letting you know.

And I do believe that is it. Background, though, I'm gonna make you fudge it a little bit. Beating a captain is awfully difficult. Actually, considering how much emphasis, I am very hesitant on making him a captain...but we'll see what the mods and other admin thinks when they read Who Knows?, Ok?

Emotional Devastation longer cooldown than that. I would go with 5. If all of your bad/sad memories come flooding back...that leaves a big opening with the shock value and those memories resurfacing, especially if they hid those memories. It depends on how strong the character is, mentally, to be able to handle it and still fight back. Thinking on it, it might need some moderation...we'll see what another person says...Oh, how is it activated?

Ok then...Unreal Injuries is another mind thing? The arm isn't actually cut off, it just feels like it, right?

You got some doubles in the boosts there, for bankai. Mind cleaning it up so that there is only one speed boost, one strength boost, one shunpo boost, one kido boost (and to what extent), and things like that. The ability power doubling, that should only apply to the ones that are originally in shikai, just you know. But for the mind ones, how so? Just say how in their descriptions in bankai.

Saying that the Head Captain being stunned by the use of a bankai...is overboard. No Head Captain would be stunned at that. Just saying. And your RP sample is from Smell of Death.....just link it as a whole and not just one of your posts. That's kind of pointless, sorry for not catching that earlier.

I'll show you what I mean with my characters. Riku would shrug it off, quoting his father. Tsubaki has a short temper anyway...She wouldn't listen to it and continue attacking. Raiden wouldn't lessen his guard while talking. If anything, he would increase it and attempt a conversation during the fight. Kyo wouldn't be listening either...he would be thinking about how to cook you and eat you. Alex pays no heed to the past. Rui just kind of accepts things...though saddened part would work I guess. And Jun...the two worst things about him is being compared to Riku (causing jealousy and a massive grudge) and getting kidnapped by a hollow. And Alex saved Jun, so the ability would have no effect on him. My Grimmy...he's a Grim Reaper...it's what he does...

As you can see, only what? Two of my characters would be sorta affected by it? It's good for shock value and that's about it. I would recommend doing something with it. Of course, maybe I'm looking at it too narrowly...we'll see what someone else thinks. Rena or Kuri, you're up. (No offense Fritz, but mind/illusionish abilities are pretty borderlined. Overall, you mostly have little things to do on it at this point.

ha..ha..hahaha.. I want this man to fight Reno... I WANT it.. he uses that memories thing on him and I get a full blown excuse to release his "beast mode" since emotions and memories are what caused it in the first place.... but I digress..

^^; So far as I can tell..there really isn't any ability here that is god mod.. the only one I have an issue with is the one that lets him make his opponents feel as if they lost a limb. I've come close to losing my left arm in a lumber mill accident..and lemme tell ya.. I wouldn't be fighting, talking, casting kidou, or even thinking of anything else for a long time if I thought my arm was missing due to this ability. The pain is extremely potent.. I'd say 95% of the people on the forum would be unable to continue to fight if such a big amount of pain went through their heads. At least for a while.

I mean.. you already have the other injury mind trick.. and thats a good skill all by itself. This one though seems a bit overkill because of what I stated before.. the sheer shock and amount of pain suddenly hitting someone would most likely make them unusable for a while..and thats just not fair. Especially since you can do that skill whenever you want.

Uh...Rena...Yammy screamed but was fine and ready to continue in like two seconds...Uryu got his hand taken off by Ulquirroiawhateverthehellyouspellit and he was fine...same with Soi Fon...Ulquirrawhateverthehellyouspellit was the same way...basically characters with low pain tolerances wouldn't be able to handle it...like my Jun Tomoshibi character. Anyway, but some limits on it and Rena would probably be good with it...

Yammy was also able to regenerate that arm..thus why he wasn't too bothered about it.. Uryu didn't "lose" his hand Ulq simply tried to blow it up as mark by the fact his arm looked like it got hit by a cero...and as he stated to Orihime soon after that incident he had taken alot of meds to dull pain and keep him running even with such injuries.. so he had a viable excuse to do so.

Moved here because of problems with two abilities. Sense Distortion, and Injury Infliction. Must have to do something to infect the person first before the attack will even work. They seem like auto-hits. Both must have cooldowns as well. Sense distortion's lasting effect must also be lowered, despite the fatigue state. Even more so with that visor you'll likely have with you all the time.

Injury Infliction does not have a cooldown. I would accept a one post cooldown on it. All you have is that you can use it once per post, meaning you can use it again the next round.

Also, upon reading Emotional Devastation closer, it also does not have an infection method. Please add it to the Reiatsu Gas.

Then everything will be fine, will be awaiting a second approval. Just make sure those changes have been made, second Staff...
