Hiraku looking for refuge had wandered in which it looked in the distance to be many ruins, he did not know of this place very well, being very new to this world ventured closer for examination of a shelter, "Maybe this will be a suitable spot to view this world." He continued to walk towards these ruins.

Coming to these ruins he noticed many towers but most were obliterated the only ones that were left standing were tilted over and smashed into another old building.
"That will be my spot" He made his way for the tallest of the tilted towers and sat upon it, looking across the sand he saw not much a few week creatures here and there but farther in the distance he could just barely see another arrancar who seemed to be heading this way. "hmm this should be interesting." He thought to himself, he just laid down starring at the sky till the arrancar showed.

-Keita doing his usual routine of wandering the ruins had just felt a presence of another arrancar further ahead of where he was at, he was tired and somewhat cranky as he strolled through, and he only felt more agitated due to the fact that he had no where to settle for a bit to pick up on some R&R-

-As he got nearer a strange wind blew and Keita's shaggy hair picked up with it, the cloak that he usually wore which consisted of the main color being black with red outlines and red and white clouds decorating it, he stood over the other arrancar and scoffed before saying anything, "Yo" Keita's looked through the arrancar and not towards him as he said his simple introduction-

Hibiki finally hearing, "Yo" opened his eyes remaining on the ground said nothing in return but lifted his hands and gave a simple wave with his two fingers as he looked into this arrancar's eyes. Hibiki refusing to stand just simply asked, "Why are you here?"

Hibiki awaiting a reply began to play with his cross necklace with his fingers. And thought to himself who in this world would be the strongest of his kind. "Who's the strongest out of us?... Would you know?"

-After his introduction, the other arrancar that was laying in the ground opened his eyes and looked at Keita dead in his eyes, Keita ignored the staredown waiting to happen and looked away, setting his gaze to some minor hollows in the distance fighting for the prize that was a smaller hollow "As arrancar, its almost second nature for us to fight against each other for the top spot, the title to say that that person is the strongest warrior, why do you think that is? Are arrancars any less civilized than shinigami or vizards or those lowly humans and even worse....Quincies? No we are not, yet our kind fights each other so viciously, the reason arrancar don't rule everywhere...is because of other arrancar, shinigami captains have difficulty beating us and so do the humans and the rest of the, so why can't we at least come together for a cause to create a world where every other race solely belongs to arrancar and arrancar alone?" that was his response to the first question imposed upon him by the arrancar laying on the floow-

-As the played with the pendent around his neck, the arrancar asked who was the strongest, "As i said, the strongest are only born through the weakest, without weak, there is no strong, thus arrancar thrive and only become strong through the weakness of others." Keita set his gaze upwards towards the sky after taking a pause in his speech-

-"I myself know not of who exactly is the most powerful as i too am just entering a new phase of power, but i have found out that there are two of them, and i am in the middle of tracking them down myself" After stating his words and his reason for being where he was and his reason for doing what he has been doing and even his own philosophy behind it, he looked at the arrancar lying on the floor of the ruins "As i said i don't know who is the strongest, but i would like to find out, would you?"

Hiraku just grinned as he too stared, watched the minor hollows fight, " Second nature eh?... I don't know why others feel that way, as for myself I do not. Look at those mere hollows fight each other just for a sliver of power, what nonsence it is. Just imagine what they could accomplish if they grouped together, but then again if it is second nature I guess they can never accomplish much."

Hiraku looked away uninterested with the group now he closed his eyes as he began to talk once more, "We don't come together because we are still imperfect I would think, all our goals and desires would have to be one, or you would like to have no other goal then to follow. Which would you be? Do you have your own desires your own goals or are you a follower like myself?..."

He opened his eye's and looked at the other arrancar, "If they become that important for me to hunt down I would have to know them first.. I will not look but if I run into them I will see who I like."

He looked at the other arrancar, "Hiraku Juro" he then looked away and awaited a reply.

-As Keita listened on he at least realized that this arrancar was seemingly sane in an arrancar sort of way, his gaze directed towards the other arrancar again and as Keita made his response he scoffed "I have my own objectives but i would rather not act on them impulsively, I don't have a problem with following orders but i would rather be the one in charge giving them out" he looked at the arrancar and spoke again "I live for battle, i just can't get enough of it, i would fight for many reasons but i choose to fight for none of them, i fight just cuz I can and i'll keep it that way"-

-The arrancar stated his own preferences then said his name, "Well all that's fine and all, Hiraku Juro, but i don't think i just wanna bump into them by fate, i wanna meet them just so i can stir em up" Keita had a calm expression but his insides were bubbling and boiling with anticipation to actually meet the bosses, "And I'm Keita Aoi, don't forget it" As he said so he had a big smirk on his face-

-All Keita truly wanted was to be placed at the top of the throne no matter who or what he was required to roll over, or who he had to use and associate, Keita then fired a bala towards the mob of hollows in the distance "I just want more power myself, like i said earlier i live for me and my goals, even if i have to work behind the most powerful i will, but it would only be a matter of time before they slip up, and when they do, i'll be their to clean up the spill and claim their titles for myself-

Hiraku took time to listen to what this arrancar had to say and at one point hearing the arrancar's name, " Keita Aoi eh?... Well Keita you just explained why arrancar can not group together for a common goal.. because there are many like you that would take power from each other and essentially no arrancar has allies that can be trusted." Hiraku looked back onto the desert seeing what he could see as he said, "If you travel to stir things up I guess I mies well follow you... you will need me anyway especially if you going to cause trouble amongst the two of the strongest."

Suddenly Keita then fired a bala towards the group of the hollows bellow, Hiraku's immediate reaction was use his Sonido appearing in front of the group of hollows then pointing his finger towards the Bala and shot a Cero to intercept it. This allowed the hollows enough time to scurry in different directions as Hiraku just grinned then using Sonido once more and stood in front of Keita. "I may be weaker but always remember I chose who I wish to follow, and I chose my own actions... I can be some use to you but that is your choice but remember no arrancar's trust another for a reason."

Hiraku stepped by Keita, "I may be a follower but I have my own goals too.. don't get the way of my goals and i'll follow."

-Hiraku was quite impressive, he had certainly impressed keita by his actions to allow the hollows to flee instead of letting them die like Keita had intended for them, Keita was in appearance a youthful person and also in attitude, but he had enough experience from his life to know when and where to do certain things, "Well then it seems like i have already acquired a partner to assist me in my goal" Keita had a smirk on his face as he said that last sentence-

-As Hiraku took up position directly infront of Keita, Keita had no other option but to look him in the eye, Keita then proceeded to speak "Of course i would not mind having an acquaintance, but I'm about to become a subordinate for the ones with power only so that i may surpass and end them, that wouldn't happen to be your motive too would it? Keita kept his gaze focused on the other arrancar Hiraku-

-"And i have no intention of stopping your own goals or getting in the way of them in any way. So does this mean that i have acquired a new ally? Keita's face had a grin on it as he turned to face Hiraku after asking the question-

"Well then it seems like i have already acquired a partner to assist me in my goal" Hiraku couldn't help but smile a little knowing he had made a powerful ally, but he knew he had to be weary of every step for not many arrancar's could be trusted.

After passing by Keita, Hiraku stopped then turned once more to Keita, "Yes I will be your partner, no more and no less and I guess that requires me to join as well." Hiraku looked back onto the desert where the hollows previously fought, he saw nothing for the hollows feared the two arrancar which were they who stood on the top of the tower. Hirakku spoke to himself at first, "Such pointless figthing..." the to Keita, "my motive?... My motive is to stop such senseless battles and unite those who I can with my power."

He then looked back to Keita, " I will be your ally and judge weather your turly worth following and the day you cause this reckage amoung the two you will recieve my judgement as well as this leader." Hiraku looking at his own hand, "It will be easy to follow you for I know that the leader you speak of does not have any follows like I with my abilities." He walked to Keita and reveled his hand, "Knowing this will you allow me to follow?"

Hiraku was curious how Keita would react knowing his full goal.

-As Hiraku passed by Keita, he turned to face him once more, Keita also turned so that his body would be faced towards Hiraku, Hiraku's motive was noble to say the least, but Keita was still somewhat skeptical that arrancar could truly become united, that was his opinion however, but he was still willing to allow for Hiraku to pursue that goal and see how things would pan out, for all he knew, Hiraku's dream could truly happen"Unity huh? I can't say that i don't admire your optimism, but you truly believe that that dream can come to pass in this every being for himself world? In Keita's eyes were sincerity, he had hoped that something like that could happen, and seeing as how Hiraku seemed to be pursuing it steadily, Keita would have no choice but to assist Hiraku in the building of his goal and make it a reality-

-Keita looked away and in a somewhat ignorant manner he scoffed, it wasn't necessarily that he wanted to display that sort of attitude but it was just a second nature thing for Keita he would often act like that without even knowing he did so, after scoffing he made a response "Fine then, so said so done, i appreciate this, during our time as partners i would act as though walking on eggshells so that you may see my true worth and judge me accordingly, but remember, this, we both have our own objectives. I have no intention to betray you, but if it helps, i don't take too kindly to treachery" As Keita stated the last sentence his expression was grim, so as to establish that from here on in they were partners and that they should both be obligated to stick to helping each other's cause-

-"Yes i will allow you, but don't look it as any of us following each other, this is just a simple you scratch my back i scratch your deal." Keita still maintaining a somewhat serious expression while stating that, "we're equals" as he said that he had a big grin on his face as he looked on towards Hiraku-
