| Arturo climbed up to the top of the crumbling wall of the ancient fortress of the Arrancar. It was odd, looking down upon it. He remembered it's history. He was there when the walls were raised by the pathetic Shinigami Aizen. He had spent some time living there in the hight of the Espada's reign. Then seen it empty and crumbling after the defeat of the Espada and their leader. He had lived deep in it's bowels as it crumbled and became something akin to a myth, a legend, accredited with strange hauntings and deaths. Arturo had lived in it for over a thousand years now, regardless of what Vastedo Lorde tryed to claim it as their own. The hallways and passages were too vast to document or know, so no one but it's creator, now long dead, could possibly discover who, like Arturo, was hiding in the ruins, or possibly even ruling from within them. Arturo, though, had become the closest anyone could come, though, or so he believed. And so for all intents and puroses, he considered himself the king of this shattered, ruined palace. He turned around, taking in the full view of his domain. It was, of course, not nearly enough, but for now it would do. |

| Koga walked through the ruins of Los Noches. He had just come back from his journey deep inside the Hueco Muendo forest and he was itching for a fight. That was the only reason he was here of course. Not because this place invoked pleasant emories for him. Quite, the opposite in fact. This place invoked various negative emotions, most of which was fear. He was displeased to remember his fear of Aizen's previous espada. He had never been able to defeat even the 7th.
Koga knew someone was here. he could feel reiatsu emnated from every spiritual being on this plane, this plane being Hueco Muendo. Koga was reasonably certain whoever it was was strong. Perhaps even an arrancar like himself. He didn't know for sure. Though Koga could feel reiatsu, he couldn't neccasarily tell how strong someone was, he could only guess.
Following the reiatsu signature Koga rounded several corners. Intent on his newfound prey Koga ignored the sights and memories of past humilations no longer assailed him. Soon, he found a figure. It was hard to guage exactly how the figure stood. He seemed to be confident, sure of himself. Koga hoped that was not a bluff. He hated weaklings and would be quick to exterminate this one.
"I felt you," Koga suddenly spoke, hoping to startle the arrancar. Koga slowly shifted his hand to the butt of his zanpakuto in case of an attack. "I've ben gone for a while. Show me all hollows haven't gotten weaker while I was...away". |

| A four foot ten blonde arrancar roamed the halls with complete and total control over his power. He knew Arturo was nearby. An arrancar older than he was, by a mere 103 years. But that guy had gotten rusty. He wore a red, long sleeved jacket that left his stomach uncovered. The tail of the coat was also just in one piece. At the waist, again on the jacket, was a single black ribbon in a loop on each side. His hakama was also red and his socks matched. His own double edged sword was on his back. Being known as the God of Hueco Mundo also meant you had many enemies. Even more with this arrancar Civil War going on. And he leads half of it. On the right side of his face was a red and white lightning bolt shaped hair pin.
Rui Herutsu. The monster among monsters. All because he had a heart, which meant no hollow's hole. But that didn't mean he was weak. He felt a second arrancar approaching Arturo. He didn't recognize it. Of course, he only kept track of the famous ones and big players. The boy decided to check out his subordinate and this new guy. His power was under lock and key, so no one could sense him. In a single crack, he was standing next to Arturo. He looked at the bandaged up arrancar. Apparantly after he had spoken. The crimson eyed leader looked back and forth between the two, but stayed silent. |

| Arturo calmly turned around at the sound of the voice. This bandaged Arrancar was concerned he might be a weakling? Arturo put more power into his Spiritual Pressure, accenting the already crushing aura that Arturo could never seem to hide. He was about to say something when Rui appeared next to him. Arturo nodded politely to his leader. He was a bit disgusted that a younger Arrancar was stronger than him, but it was more disgust that he had let himself get so weak. Arturo swore to himself that soon it would be Rui that would bowing to him.
Only then did Arturo turn to address the other Arrancar. "Oh, I hope it is you that is not weak. I cannot kill weaklings." He made a flicking motion with is right hand, sending four Bala is quick succession at the Arrancar, charging a Cero and firing it right behind them. Finally, he summoned his blade of black riatsu and threw that, like a javelin, at bandaged Arrancar. |

| Koga noticed the presence of the other arrancar appearing out of nowhere. He hadn't noticed him coming. His spiritual pressure had been undectectable. That couldn't be. Koga was able to feel everyone despite them hiding thier reiatsu or not. Apparently, this new arrancar was an exception. Koga was quite certain this new arrancar outclassed him by several levels. It could only be one other hollow he'd known about back during the Espada days. It was Rui Heretsu. Koga was absolutely sure of it. Everyone knew Rui, but Koga hadn't even met him in person. Probably because Koga had been weak, back then.
Koga had completely forgotten the opponent in front of him as he studied Rui. As such, he was caught off guard by the barrage of bala fired. He hadn't even had time to get his zanpakuto loose. Well...he pretended to be caught off guard. Koga had seen them and wanted to guage how strong the arrancar was. The result? Koga was thrown back by the multitude of bala. The arrancar before him was quite strong indeed. Koga acted as if he didn't see the cero either and was blown back pretty far from that too. It hadn't necasrily hurt, his hierro was no joke, but he would be feeling sore. Unbknowenst to the arrancar attacking him, but perhaps not Rui, Koga had already prepared his Mirage technique.
Koga's opponent was relentless and didn't give him a chance to catch his breath after the cero. As the wave of black reiatsu came at him like a lance, Koga couldn't dodge and it pierced him striahgt through the heart. As Koga stood there with a black wave of reiatsu stuck in his chest he could only lament on the fact that he was still weak. Not.
The image of Koga's body disappeared, leaving only his purple cloak speared by the black lance, javelin, whatever it was. Koga was already beside Rui. He didn't speak. One needs only to acknowledge the strong with a nod. Though it angered him greatly that there were still beings undoubtabley stronger than him, Koga nodded at Rui and turned his attention back to his opponent. He made it blantanly obvious when he was looking at his opponent that he considered him weak.
"I must ask a question..," Koga's voice imitated the cultivated quite nicely he thought. "Did you even see what I did? I could've decapitated you right then. Without trying I might add. And those balas...those were undoubtably weak. Your cero sucked too. And whatever that black thing was. Yeah...that was shitty too," Koga shook his head," I've never met such a weak bitch AND your swordsmanship is probably shitty too," Koga slid his zanapkuto out of his scabbered and held it gripped in his right hand," But why don't you prove me wrong" |

| The unknown looked him and studied the child like arrancar as Arturo began his assault. So, it was a challenge...this should be interesting. Arturo's spiritual pressure was enormous, but his abilities and skill set him at about the middle of the road. While this guy was barely weaker. But he also seemed to have skill. Especially in the art of Sonido. The second the black lance pierced the man, Rui knew it was his version of the Shinigami cicada technique and looked to his right side. Where the new guy now stood. Effectively putting Rui between the two. And then insulted Arturo. "Arturo may have gotten rusty, but you have no right calling him weak..." Rui stepped out of Arturo's way. "After all, there is a reason why Arturo has survived longer than I have. And that is only because he was born earlier than I..."
The famed leader of half of the arrancar jumped away from them to observe the confrontation. He already didn't like this newcomer. He was arrogant. But let's see if he deserved it before Arturo or he tears him to pieces... |

| Arturo watched as the Arrancar took his attacks. Impressive Hierro, if he could take the Bala and Cero. Then the Arrancar took his beam saber, and Arturo became a bit more cynical. An illusion based Arrancar? And then the purple robe fell to the ground. It had some significance, but Arturo needed a moment to ponder that. Then he noticed that the Arrancar was to one of his sides. He spoke. Arturo didn't think he had ever heard such bullshit. The only thing that stopped him from laughing out loud was Rui speaking. Arturo was a bit put off that Rui felt he had to defend Arturo, but it did give Arturo enough time to put together the falling robe and what the Arrancar said.
As Rui backed away, Arturo turned his head a little to look at the other Arrancar. He remained silent for a moment, he face completely unchanged. Then he spoke in a haughty, scornful tone. "Of course you could not have killed me right there. If you could have, you would have. And as for what you did...is it not obvious? Did you think you were the only one who knew the Seventh Espada? Or saw the battle between him and the foul Soul Reaper? That was something like the Cicada technique of the Soul Reapers. 'But how?!' you ask? You didn't see me or feel my riatsu in the remarkably small tower that the battle took place?"
Arturo grinned slyly and shape shifted to the form of low-level Numero. As he did, his Spiritual Pressure morphed to match. He raised his eyebrows. "Are you sure you did not see me?" Then Arturo raised a lazy hand and a black sphere appeared around the other Arrancar. It was Arturo's Spiritual Prison, completely inescapable. Exactly like an Espada's Caja Negacion. Unfortunately, it was so strong, the caster couldn't attack the victim inside. In fact, inside the Spiritual Prison was probably the safest place in the world for this Arrancar. But he didn't have to know that.
Arturo slowly walked up to the Prison, shedding his false form as he did. "Who did you think you were fighting? Did you think I would have never heard of afterimages even after living for nearly 2500 years? Do you see now how much more powerful than you I am? I could kill you right now if I wanted to. You are completely at the will of my whims. Lucky for you I do not think it worthwhile to kill you in a cage. Let us see how well you do otherwise." With that, Arturo released the Spiritual Prison. He was now within arm's reach of the other Arrancar, and summoned his Beam Saber, his black blade, and stabbed at the Arrancar. He went into Sonido, moving his arm at a blindingly fast rate, placing his strikes in completely unpredictable spots. This Arrancar was fast enough to use afterimages, but was he coordinated enough to block this? |

| Koga heard the man's words, but generally ignored them. The only words that mattered were his own. His hearing was getting sort of muffled. Puzzled, Koga stuck his index finger in his ear and swished around in there. He had to dig deep, but he finally got the earwax out. Koga went to his robe and judiciously wiped his finger on it. He didn't want his finger to stick to his sword.
"You were saying something? Not that it matt-" Koga's words cut off as the black sphere surrounded him. He tried to swipe at it with his zanpakuto but it seemed to have no effect. He was trapped. Koga leaned his head to wonder why didn't the arrancar attack him now? He would survive the attack undoubtably, but he would at least get a free hit in, maybe several. Then it dawned on him. Koga smiled down at his opponent. He knew the reason why he didn't attack. Just like he couldn't get out of it, he couldn't attack him while he was in it. Koga would be ready the instant he released him. If the arrancar didn't release him, he would eventually have to try and break out of it. He didn't feel like wasting the energy now at the moment.
Just as he expected the balck sphere disappated and the instant it happened Koga was already several feet away, not even bothering to use sonido. Koga smirked as the arrancar's black blade and his subsequent strikes met nothing but air. Koga wasn't a dimwit. No, one could not call Koga that.
Koga didn't give any visual cues that he was going to attack, he just did. His zanpakuto aiming at several parts of the arrancar. His arms, his legs, and his head. Five strikes in total. Koga was almost as fast as sonido with his normal speed. How would the arrancar deal with his counter attack?
(Since I immediately moved several feet back I essientilly dodged that whole display if you needed an explanation.) |

| Rui stayed back and watched. These two both used sword strikes. For the moment, neither seemed to have an advantage. Koga had speed, but so did Arturo. This will be interesting indeed. He was still rather calm, so his migraine was at it's low. However, if he somehow got involved, that would no longer be the case. He stayed quiet, not even commenting to himself what was going on. He just needed to be careful and not get in the way. He sat down on some banged up tower. The two were using swordsmanship for the moment, so he didn't have much to worry about...yet.
(OOC: Skip me unless you allow Jeff to join and watch with Rui. Omnaida, you decide if he can or not.) |

| Jeff was walking around in Las Noches when a Hollow attacked him he laughed and shot a large Cero and it and killed it easily. Jeff laughed and walked around more killing every Hollow that came across him. He then came across a Gillian whom was shooting tons of Cero at him Jeff laughed and extended his sword to 150 yards and slashed its head ending its miserable existence. He laughed and drew his sword back. He was walking around and training laughing at the weak Hollows that were there when He felt three high leveled Spiritual Pressures in the ruins of the Espada's old home Las Noches, what troubled him is that the two stronger Arrancar were going at it in there.
Jeff was heading to the ruins when he felt the two men start to attack each other and and Jeff felt like watching. He then recognized one of the others spiritual pressures. It was Arturo Platedo one of the strongest and oldest Arrancar there was. Jeff then decided to speed up using Sonido and was at the entrance so he started to walk in and realized Arturo had a slight edge against his opponent. Jeff walked in and saw Rui watching the fight and it looked about even. Jeff walked up beside Rui and asked him respectfully "Rui would you like me to intervene sir I will if you see it necessary". Jeff awaited a response. ____________________________________ My people I RP with Ulquiorria Cifer 1-2 Arrancar Andrik "Bloodhound" Godfrey Arrancar of pride 1-3 Jeff Andrews tier 1-5 Arrancar Ika Mazi 1-4 Vizard Robin Hood tier 2-1 Quincy Koji Kamba Tier 2-1 Hinrichten Devon Born Tier 2-1 Arrancar Jeff Shunki Tier 2-5 Bount 2-2 HM and SS Reef Buster Tier 2-5 Quincy If you hate me or I hate you dislike me or detest me or if you have simply doubted me I have a sign for you Have a nice day. |

| The Arrancar completely dodged away from Arturo's combo. A good move on his part. Then he lunged forward without warning, aiming first at his arms. Arturo himself was barely out of his Sonido, and used it to his advantage, staying in Sonido and using the same kind of coordination that let him attack in Sonido to block the Arrancar's strikes in Sonido. The other Arrancar was moving fast, even without Sonido, fast enough that it was still a challenge to move the beam saber into position between Arturo's body and the Arrancar's Zanpakutou.
After the five strikes, Arturo jumped back a fair distance and contemplated the other Arrancar for a moment. "Hmmm...you are not weak. Perhaps I may even draw my Zanpakutou for you." Then Arturo leaped forward again, aiming another barrage of attacks in Sonido at the other Arrancar. |

| Koga started to get bored. It was one of his weaknesses. He came on now and then and they were quite frequent. As soon as they came on they seemed to stop. Koga had no control over it. One minute, he would be supremely interested in a fight and the next minute, be supremely bored with it. His mind starts to wander, his hierro weakens, and his strength and speed becomes sub-par. And the worst part? It was happening right now.
Koga lazily blocked the first few strikes of the arrancar. It would be nice to have some gummy worms right about now. In fact, that earwax he had dug out of his ears looked like a chocalate dud. Those things were delicious. Koga was barely able to dodge the next barrage of strokes and they continually passed his meager attempts at deflecting them away. Strikes that would ordinarily not scratch his hierro were now causing his arms to bleed. Only his arms though. Koga wasn't too far gone to allow a strike to pierce his chest.
Koga's mind drifted back to candy. No, he wanted sweets. A nice, hot, chocolate sundae was what he wanted. Maybe even some vanilla ice cream. Though, why did he want vanilla? He had always preferred chocolate. Suddenly an intense rise in spiritual pressure halted Koga's train of thought. Rui had released his spiritual pressure. Koga breathing was slightly labored...mostly because of his affliction, but Rui had some part in it as well.

| Rui watched on whenever Jeff Andrews made an appearance. Then he spoke to him. Wait, stop the match? This guy?! He was an upper lieutenant leveled arrancar, true, but those two were captain class. And the audacity to ask such a thing to the person that could destroy whole cities by simply unleashing his power! If he didn't want this fight to end, he would have stopped it before it even began. The small arrancar stood up abruptly and gave a death glare at the younger arrancar. His migraine reached a high, ruining his concentration over his power. But that was fine. This little one needed to learn his place. Rui's power exploded, consuming the area in a red aura and unleashing a monstrous pressure that was reminiscent to his energy amount. Which was so much that he suffers from a constant migraine. He doubted the weakling arrancar before him could even breath. The two captain class arrancar might, and this would definately draw their attention. Rui then screeched at Jeff as the ruins started to sink from the pressure.
"You insolent little brat! You think you can stop TWO captain class arrancar from fighting with YOUR feeble power?! And even ask ME, a being who has lived for over two thousand years with very good reason, if I wanted to stop this match! IF I DIDN'T WANT THIS MATCH, I WOULD HAVE STOPPED IT BEFORE IT EVEN HAPPENED!"
Rui air walked a few steps toward the young being, his eyes glowing red and were slits. The ruins could be felt that it was sinking, and pieces of it crumbled and broke. "Learn your place, little one." He started to ease up on his power as he still glared at Jeff. The red aura in the area disappeared, and the ruins had stopped sinking. But he was still emitting a good amount of power (at about an average 1-1 level). He awaited any type of response from the lowly being in front of him. |

| "Chill out Rui I just wanted to help jee" Jeff said this barely able to breathe he was panting and choking up so this was Rui's true power. Lord I hope he's not pissed off to the point of battle he thought to himself. Jeff tried to jump backwards away from the Spiritual Pressure and hope to Sonido away if he was wanting to fight because Jeff knew he would get the shit beatin out of he tried to exert his Spiritual Pressure to look like he wasn't pitiful but that failed miserably. Jeff realized he was in trouble and slowed and backed up.
Jeff realized he was in deep shit here and tried not to anger Rui further. "Master Rui i'm terribly sorry for my ignorance sir please lets just watch this battle and discuss". Jeff noticed Las Noches had sunk and was shocked he saw this and proceeded to pull his jaw off the floor as he realized the power of Rui's Spiritual Pressure. Jeff realized even these powerful Arrancars were feeling the affects of pressure. "Rui i'm terribly sorry calm yourself so you do not make that migraine come back sorry i'm sorry about the ignorant comment I made sir really".

| Arturo leapt back and froze when he felt the powerful Spiritual Pressure. He was astounded by it. That peak of power never ceased to amaze him. He swore that someday the power would be his. Until then, he could just watch as Rui's immense power forced down on his shoulders and began to partially sink the massive fortress into the sand. It did amuse him to see the other pitiful Arrancar grovel for mercy. That was, most likely, the best thing to do.
Then Arturo turned his attention back to his opponent. This Arrancar was fast, fast enough to keep Arturo's beam saber away from him. He did seem a bit less interested now, though. He wasn't even moving fast enough to truly block Arturo's strikes. His arms bore scratches where he had been lazy. Arturo kept that in mind. It would be perfect for Fénix later, but only once he had seen this Arrancar's Resurreccion and judged it worthy. But that would come later.
As it was, unsealing his Zanpakutou was unnecessary. He thought for a moment, then decided to use this moment to the best of his advantage. He raised his hand lazily and charged a Cero. It took a bit longer to charge then normal, but it was very much worth it. From the small red sphere at the end of his index finger shot the Cero Apocalypse, possibly the most powerful custom Cero in existence. It's blast area was nearly ten times larger than any other Cero, making it very hard to dodge, especially if the victim expected a normal Cero, and getting hit by it would be like being hit by six normal, high powered Cero. The opposing Arrancar might be able to take it, but he certainly wouldn't be able to do much else for a while if he did.
Before the light from the Cero even had a chance to fade, Arturo was behind it with another flurry of Sonido blows. Of course, they were considerably slower now, as the Cero Apocalypse took quite a bit of energy to use, but if the other Arrancar had taken it, there was no way he would be lively enough to simply block all of the strikes, though he could certainly dodge completely away. |
