The winner will be determined by staff if there is a dispute. The place to post can actually be anywhere in the human world or in the training grounds (as long as both combatants are of the same Race). Just put Top of the Tier and then blah vs. blah. Ex: "Top of the Tier: Rui vs Anon.!" for the title of the thread.

You cannot be killed, but you can be knocked out. Standard RP rules still apply. As said before, 1-tiers will only fight 1-tiers. Both winners of each group will recieve a prize in kan.

1st Place 5,000 Kan. 2nd Place 2,500 Kan. 3rd Place 1,250.

You may begin whenever you wish. Just talk to your opponent to decide where at and who should start it. Omnaida, I honestly don't care where, Rui is an arrancar though. Please start ours.

Sorry Nemrog, but it's a little late. Most of the battles have already started. And the power post limits still apply. So technically, you don't even have shikai yet. This was here to tell people who they are fighting against and telling everyone the prizes and rules. This thread will now be locked. Once the first set of battles are completed, I will post again to tell everyone the next set of match-ups.

Ok, First round is done. Second round is as follows:

For 2-tiers: King Kazma vs. Sendo
Ragnarok vs. Kairu

For 1-tiers: Raitosai vs. Anon. Smith

This time, I got designated spots for each match, but could care less who starts it, just as long as "Top of the Tier: Blah vs. Blah" is there. King Kazma and Sendo I want in Bogota. Ragnarok and Kairu I want in the Shinigami Training grounds. Raitosai and Anon. Smith I want in Cairo, at dawn. The rest I could care less what time of day it is.

Alright, this tournament is almost over! The 1-tiers have been decided! First place goes to Chiba's Raitosai Myuuten, second place to Omnaida's Anon. Smith, and third to my Rui Herutsu!
