General Fighting Style: Jeff likes to fight up close and personal in hand to hand combat. Jeff also uses his brute strength in battle.

Background:Jeff was a smart college student at Ohio State University. He loved his few friends a lot their names were Jess Tanner and Franky. Jeff was a smart kid with an I.Q of 175 so many considered him a genius but no one let that fool them because what he liked to do more than day he was walking anything else was to fight and boy was he good at it..... One day he was walking down the road with Jess and a big wagon was coming. He remembered all the things he ,Jess Tanner, and Franky had done together and in what seemed to be an instant it was getting closer and closer.With very little to no time to react he threw Jess out of the way and was hit and killed that very instant.

After that he became filled with hatred of the human race he ate several 100 humans as a hollow.This took around 100 years. Jeff was still eating and becoming one of the strongest Hollows in the area. Jeffs area was around Karukaru Town. Jeff was always in fights with hollows I mean Always he actually had a fight a day it was a proven fact and Jeff had never lost to another Hollow they just could not beat him. Some even said it was physically impossible which Jeff scoffed at and muttered then try non physical the dumb asses.

I'm putting this app. on hold for the moment, seeing as though you haven't posted very much and this would make your third character (since the arrancar version can't be used yet.) in less than 100 posts. I will not lock it so that you can work on it if you want, but this app. is not to be moved from new apps. Jeff, on your quincy app., I will tell you how long this one will be on hold. Once you reach the post count that I specified, and this app. is completed, post here right below me. It's not going to be much, but you haven't posted much with an OC, hence why I'm doing this.

You need a rp sample as for the rest there is not much but it will do will be approved upon adding a rp sample.

I also have something else to add. That hollow has been killed off. If there is a monster from a different anime or a picture that you like, you may use that for appearance.
