Reef isn't a violent person but can be when provoked a mean vicious person who will fight you if he sees it to be necessary. Reef is by most peoples standards however an example of a great trainer he mastered his bow within 2 weeks of nothing but hard work. Reef loves to party which often involves sex unfortunately so hes usually laid and drunk or hungover when you see him. Reef is considered a quite talkative person that will usually start up random conversations with anyone.

Reef however unknown to many people is a avenger and is willing to kill if you harm his friends a matter of fact he does it gladly. reef is known to kill any Hollows on site after they killed his first daughter he shows no mercy or even sorrow when doing this he says its to avenge his little girl. Reef loves to show off his skills to enemy's and comrades alike by showing the precision,speed, and range which are all very good. Reef has been known to be a flirt even being married which often involves him getting scared from his wife and his wife bashing him in the head. By most peoples standards Reef is a good dude he loves his family,his powers, basically his life in general he loves.
Likes:Reef loves watching TV when he is bored and he often does this when he has nothing to do fight kill sell or otherwise.Reef can chat up anyone and he loves to talk I mean he can talk to anyone rich or poor homeless homely straight bisexual homosexual anyone. He loves his life,his family and anything that falls along those lines and considers most of his friends family.
Fears:Thought Jeff loves to fight unless a person really deserves it he absolutely abhors the death of a comrade enemy anyone unless they are a Hollow or deserve it. Jeff hates to work since his a rather lazy guy and if he can find the slightest reason and there's nothing important going on he tries to skip if he can though his wife usually foils those devious plans.Jeff hates his comrades,family, and friends being hurt at all and if he finds out who did it and he can hehurts or kills them for it.

Fighting Style
General Fighting Style: Reef attacks at long range with very powerful shots rather than fast ones and he shoots several at once up to nine actually. Reef himself is very fast so he can create a distance between him and his opponents.Reef is very fast with Hirenyaku so he uses it to his advantage against slower opponents and usually most other opponents with his great skill with it. Reef is great at using his brains i battle leading his opponents into traps and such usually resulting in serious injury of the opponent.
Strengths: Reef is great at long and mid range attacks and with his speed is usually what he has to rely on considering he has little to no physical strength. Reef usually uses the speed of Hirenyaku to create distance between his opponents which he then uses his powerful shots that can pierce most Hierro and shoots and keeps moving much like a hit and run strategy. Jeff is a great tactician and can also use his smarts to set traps to harm his opponents much like Uryu Ishida.
Weaknesses: Reef is terrible at close range fighting and his hand to hand is terrible resulting in many losses in that area. Reef isn't a great out powering force either thus many people not fearing him and that gets him into trouble quite often.His cockiness shines through in most cases when hes fighting thus making most people want to kill him even more so than they did in the beginning of the fight.

Quincy Bow
Quincy Powers Hirenkyaku: Analogous to the Shinigami Flash Steps or the Arrancar Sonído, the Quincy Hirenkyaku allows the user to move quickly over short distances; according to Uryū Ishida it is faster than flash steps, though Mayuri Kurotsuchi's superior speed suggests that this is just a generalization. To perform the technique, the user gathers spiritual particles under their feet and rides them to the desired location. Like the air-walking skill displayed by most Arrancar and Shinigami, it can also be used to hover or fly for long distances. Mayuri compliments Uryū on being able to use this technique at such a young age, suggesting that it is difficult to master.

Background:Reef was born into a family of long running Quincys and powerful ones at that considering the soul society trust his father as a first response to hollow attacks. Reef took over this position several years ago even being told by this father that he wouldn't let him do it if he wasn't stronger than him he wouldn't let Reef fight in first response but since he is he will. Reef was admitted to first response when he was sixteen which is one of the youngest ages anyone's ever been admitted to first response. Reef is known to be a great fighter in that respect who has actually survived a Vasto Lorde attack which according to his father hes never seen one person do himself.This Vasto Lorde was rumored to be injured however and went to attack Karakura and he got nine straight hits to his head and it dropped but hurt Reef greatly thus that rumor was born. Reef even has been known to be able to kill up to nine hollows at once which his superiors and comrades alike think is quite an interesting thing to be able to.

Besides being a Quincy is basically your average Joe and is employed at his family's business that ironically sells bows and even offers lessons on how to use them. Reef usually is at his house doing one of a few thing playing his games, watching TV, practicing with his bow or even sometimes playing board games and using his intellect. reef like most people likes to party, get layed and get drunk or tipsy whichever the hell he wants to do to forget whatever the hell he wants to forget. Reef is actually married to a Quincy named Kerry who thought does not like to show it is a powerful Quincy in her own right. Reef now resides in Northwest Karakura Town and is still part of first response.

Reef learned to master his bow through nothing but hard work and determination learning to fire his bow after two weeks of intense practice which Is about average to Quincys. Reef mastered his bow after 5 years of arduous training with his father and mother which helps him tremendously in combat. Reef is still part of first response which is quite an accomplishment to just be mentioned for it but hes quite a fighter so no ones surprised but its still an accomplishment all the same. Reef is known as the multiple kill king because in a single shot he killed 9 hollows at once at one point in time thought this has been repeated. Reefs skills have gotten him quite a name for himself and most Quincys have at least heard of him and if hey have they respect and or revere him.

Reefs training was, in most peoples, mind the most intense training ever by a Quincy and had some of the best results from training ever as well. Reef has partaken in severe durability, stamina, and speed training and the rest came naturally. Reef once came face to face with an injured Vasto Lorde and nearly seriously injured it before it injured him ad he was forced to retreat while firing at it he stumbled home a bloody mess and did a great job of living through it. This situation gained him several recommendations for first response even thought he was only sixteen eventually the Quincy leaders caved and let him join. Reef has been part of first response for nine years which his dad speaks greatly of and that reef enjoys tremendously. Reef has been commended by his superiors many times for his superb efforts in battle and is usually very cocky about those to.

RP Sample: Reef was asleep when at three o clock in the morning around 20 hollows had intruded in his vicinity and first response was to hurry over to fight Reef hurried over and grabbed his bow and headed out the door. He immediately saw one heading towards his house he grabbed his bow and sprung into action and immediately dropped it with two shots to the head. The next one was about half a kilometer away he hurried and Hirenkyaku'd there and saw one about to kill a human he sprung into action shooting it in its large arm and forcing it to release the person who was subsequently knocked out. Reef then hurried and shot it twice in the head and followed the rule he saw in a movie once called double tap. He then hurried over to the town gates and saw several other Quincys fighting the Hollow threat And Reef was no exception he jumped up on a building and started firing at the crowd of Hollows.

As Reef was shooting and had killed about 5 low leveled Hollows he noticed 3 high leveled Hollow giving the Quincys hell he decided to go down and provide support for the situation. Reef hurried down killing three more low leveled Hollows on his way down and scoped out the situation one of the Hollows was coming close he figured they were about at the same spiritual pressure level so he went in he hurried and Hirenyakud'd behind the Hollow and gave it nine rounds to the head and turned and gave it one to the eye for the kill shot. He saw another one advancing towards his house he hurried over and saw it and shot it in the head it turned around and nine more rounds to the face it dropped. Reef then walked over for the remaining Hollows knowing they were no match for him he setup and with one shot killed two more. Reef set up for the last shot he aimed very carefully nine rounds to the head would end the high leveled Hollows shit fest so he steadied his breathing took the shot, Bulls eye.

Want more in strengths and weaknesses. Physical strength, durability, stamina, is he a tactician? Things like that. You don't have to address everything, but I do want more of them addressed.

What do you mean about the Vasto Lorde bit? A bit more on that. Vasto Lorde are tiered at 1-2, this app. is not going to get that.

I missed that when I checked it again. A vasto Lorde is tiered at 1-2 approx., so no. The more detail on a few things helped a little bit on your tier. But not enough to reach 1-3. Edit that part of your history, you can meet one, survive it, but not not do severe damage with this app.
