Personality: Shini is a very kind person and is very helpful. He believes there is always a time when to fight and when to withdraw from a fight. He thinks very highly of others own well being before his own and for this has caused him to get into trouble more often than not. He is very imaginative and is somewhat lazy and very clueless. He favors to be able to have fun and drink a lot but does not like doing so for he gets crude and violent. Shini's own say is "rules can be bent but never broken well...unless you get caught". Shini loves to take walks around the Seireitei and enjoy his own peace. Shini does not like to open up to people not close to him and has a very short attention span. Shini is a very curious person and loves to see what is going on. Shini has a tendency to be very blunt and somewhat perverted in his comments. Shini is a very serous person when it comes to training and to his sword for he will wipe and polish it every night before he sleeps so he may be one inch closer to being prepared for the future. He believes that every day is always a gift and that it should not be wasted. Shini is very careful when it comes to higher personal watching him and tries to do his duties correctly and not to screw it up.
Likes: Sake, having fun,his zanpakuto, women, training, and cup of noodles.
Fears: friends deaths, bad omens, ugly women, unnecessary battles, and high rank captains.

Physical Traits: He has white hair , tanned skin, purple eyes and a good sized nose. He is very fit and well built in muscle but not hugely buff.
Clothing: He wears the traditions shinigami robes socks and sandals.
Accessories: He has a 1 Yen coin and a silver necklace around his neck and a silver chain bracelet around his right wrist.

Fighting Style


General Fighting Style: Likes to fight in close quarters to mid-ranged preferably than a long distance for this causes a lot of hassle in the fight.

Strengths:
-He is very skilled in zanjutsu and is very quick
-Acts on instinct in battles.
-has a strong will.
-Able to sense opponents spiritual pressure by very well.
-He is able to last last quite a while in combat due to his nature of his zanpakuto which requires him to have a strong body and will.
-Stamina is excellent and is above average where he is able use shunpo for quite a bit more than the average shinigami can.
-Great Eye sight and reaction time.
-Good relationship with Zanpakuto
-Large amount of Reiastu (spirit pressure)

Weaknesses:
-Lacks in kidou teachings
-Sometimes goes beyond own limits therefore hurting or damaging the body.

Sealed Appearance: like a regular zanpakuto. Blue hilt with silver metal holding the end of the hilt.and a silver sword guard.
Spirit’s Name: Shindato
Spirit’s Appearance: a white Siberian Tiger.


Spirit’s Personality: very polite and very calm and wise. Shindato likes the snow when it is calm and never stormy. Shindato hates blizzards in the inner world. He is very happy in teaching and training Shini. Shindato loves to playful and hes very happy about his long walks in the inner wold. He does not like weak convictions and advises Shini to be strong and strong willed for only those strong can help his fellow comrades.

*Tenrai Houkou (Divine Roar)*- With a swing of the blade aiming at the enemy it distorts his vision making it ripple and unable to accurately see his enemies movements because of the shock wave swing that rings in the ears which causes the enemy to be in this state.

*Hayai Kesshutsu (Swift Excel)*- Increases overall speed by 25% by concentrating spiritual pressure within the body.(Last 3 post Cool down 1 post when effect is over) *cannot stack*

*Sairento Kiba No Sutoraiki (Silent Fang Strike)*- swing from the users blade condenses all the air around the blade and sends it sharply flying towards the enemy almost like a invisible blade strike.

*Shōgeki No Tsume (Impact Claw)*-(Passive type attack)-Concentrates on spirit particles around the body mixing with users own reiatsu creating a small air cannon that is directed towards the enemy that is for example like a fist punch from a distance.( Uses 2 post cool down effect is 2 post after effect)

*Gōon o Chōetsu (Transcending Roar)*-User makes a crushing roar at a specific direction that is able to cause temporary lost of hearing towards the enemy or enemies within the range of the user of 30 feet.
(last for 4 post cool down 2 post after effect is over)

*Tsuin Kiba Mōdo (Twin Fang Mode)*- This move is a desperation and is used as a last option due to the effects. The user shall run his own blood on his/her/it's own blade and have a twin sword created.In this state the user does not feel pain nor fatigue. (Last for 4 post cool down is 7 post after effect plus weaken state returning user back to sealed stage and 50% lowered strength,speed, and recovery rate.)

(the beginning)
Background: Shini Zetsumei was born at march 23,1993. Shini was about 5 and was always a kid in foster care since he was 2 years old. Shini was never a kid other kids wanted to talk to or to speak to since he was usually very closed and silent. Soon days after days went by and Shini began to feel weird presences around him like it was something very wrong in the world. Shini started feeling them everywhere he went and soon began to panic more than ever. When his foster family soon started to notice Shini's weird behavior they quickly sent him back to the orphanage were he spent most of his life alone and scared while yelling out "MONSTER! MONSTER!"for years to come. Since Shini's abnormal senses was kicking in he soon was sent and admitted to psychiatric asylum for being able to see what normal people could not see......

*5 years later*
After a long while and immediate help from doctors and social workers Shini began his new life after he was released. Shini was put back in foster care due to his under age and shortly after 3 months found a family that would take him in. When Shini was with his new family he never once began to see or feel any presences that he felt when he was a kid. When time went by Shini soon began to doubt what he had seen or felt when he was a kid was really there or not and started to dismiss any thought of it later to come.

*2 years later* (the incident)
Soon after his birthday and Shini turning 12 years old Shini had to help his foster family take care of the store they owned. As soon as his day was over life would never be the same for Shini again....because later that night Shini's house soon began to rumble and shake and collapse very violently. The house was beginning to fall and timber and shards of woods were beginning to crack left and right. The Windows becoming smashed and the gas beginning to leak all throughout the house was sending Shini in a state of panic and tried to hurry to find his 2 parents. As soon as Shini left his room the window in his room smashed right open and a horrible noise came from its direction. The noise was so horrible and so loud it broke all remaining glass into pieces of even tinier pieces. Shini begin to bleed out of his ears and was struck with a huge force that he could not see and crashed right through the wall to his parents room. Shini soon blacked out. As the house was beginning to crumble and collapse a solid force was closing in on Shini. Shini slowly trying to get up and see whats is happening around him found himself being yanked up and slowly being lifted up by a imaginary force that was tightly gripping on his entire body. Shini beginning to tremble and panic picked up a close broken leg from a stool and thrashed at the force near his body letting him go and crashing through the already weak floor. Shini soon landed in the living room and was laying on his back saw what will shock him forever..... As he was watching motionless as he saw the terrible beast picking up 2 bodies which were beaten and bloodied all over as far as he could see. Shini knew it was his parents but was completely in a state of shock that all he could do was stare and see frightened as what was going to happen. The beast with scars all over his body and a crude cut across his side rib and his huge body that could possible be 3 times the size of a hummer could not be seen earlier. The beast yelling and shrieking and clawing at the already mangled bodies ate them slowly and what seemed to be joy in his look as he turned and looked at Shini and quickly vanished from thin air leaving Shini in an absolutely broken house and with the memory of what will forever haunt him ......

*6 years later*
As his life was as normal as it gets Shini could never forget the one day that he knew there was always something out there. Shini ever since he was 12 had nightmares haunting him every since that fateful night. One day when Shini was walking by a house he heard gun shots and tried to see what was going on. Upon opening the door Shini got shot several times one in both legs, 2 in the left arm , 2 in the chest, and finally one in the throat. The moment Shini got shot was the moment he saw that his body was beginning to leave his REAL body. Shini full knowing what went wrong accepted his fate and somehow flew and went to soul society where his new life begins.....

*Soul Society*
As soon as Shini had got the grasp of the fundamentals of him being a spirit and all he soon went forward to try and become a shinigami.As the days went by through hard dedication Shini finally became a Shinigami student. As a student Shini met all kind of people and saw a lot of different groups in every body. Shini was still not that open but he was not closed now he was very friendly to all who came up to him. He would love to make a good friend but know one would ever expect the quite student to be so skilled in his zanjutsu classes. After years f practicing and being able to practice his skills in class Shin only regretted he could not master kidou as well as others can but felt that he is still strong when he is faced in zanjutsu. Shini later on graduated to become a full fledged shinigami and is now going on to his new life meeting new people where he wishes would be what he always dreamed of......
Side Notes: Shini excelled in his classes except kidou and paper work.

RP Sample:
*Hollow Fight!*
~At midnight when a training session that has gone horribly wrong turns into a battle between one shinigami and four huge hollows~

"RAHHHHHAHHHH!" "Damn......hollow... " Shini clenching his right leg. Blood begins to spill onto the floor. Mind begins to race and he sees 1 from behind and 2 from each sides and 1 right in front.
"ahhh....hell.*sigh* i guess im in a bad situation"
all four hollows in unison "ARHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!" a crash of fists and claws make and impression of holes and dust where Shini was standing.As the Dust begins to settle a shift of a shadow burst out.
"DIE YOU BASTARD!"

Shini reaches for his zanpakuto and makes a quick side draw and cuts the hollow's mask in front of him making it disappear meanwhile immediately using shunpo to catch the rear hollow.
"RAGHHHHHHH!
"your turn"
Shini taking his zanpakuto and clenching it tightly crams his sword into the hollow skull cracking it as it swiftly goes and meanwhile using the hollows mask as footing grabs his zanpakuto and pushes downwards cutting the hollow into two.
"RAHHHHHH!"
"ARGGGGGGGHHHHHHH!"
the last two hollows quickly trying to catch the shinigami. Begins to attack widely in the surrounding area.
using shunpo comes between the two large hollows in front of the faces in plain view.
"OYYY! I'm right here...."
both hollows "RAGHH!!!!!"
The two hollows see the shinigami attacks simultaneously. Meanwhile Shini dodging it by simply using shunpo one more time watches as how the two smashed both there fist and claws into each others mask and making them both disappointing from this world.....
"ehhhhhh wheres a bandage when you need one....."
smiles and opens a gateway to Soul Society
"hehehehe maybe i just need a women to me...."
shini pervertedly grins to himself as he walks into the doorway....

The shikai's passive ability, what do you mean by "weakens the strength" of an enemy? Do you mean physical strength, will power perhaps, lessens the stength of their attacks somehow, what? And I would need to know how long it lasts, probably a cooldown, and thus no stack. Same thing on the slow down part, how much and for how long. Most likely a smaller cooldown for that one.

Tenrai Houkou, do you mean yourself or your enemy? The way it is worded, to me it says yourself, which would not be a good thing unless there something else that utilizes that. Considering what it does, I think that's a good cooldown.

Hayai Kesshutsu, probably a one post cooldown. But the boosts amount I think is a little much, we'll see what Kairu or Rena thinks on that. But I do recommend an actual damage attack, not an effect one.

Bankai boosts is good, but what about the abilities of it? Does it give you more abilities to use or does it enhances your shikai ones? Bankai is always a powerful boost and then abilities. As it is right now, it's pretty underpowered, even though you don't have it yet.

And that's really it on my part.

I would think for the first set of boosts there are many but they arn't increasing that much so I would allow it.
And as for Kidou I would allow him to add one or two more he isn't good at it but one isn't much.

He may suck at it, but the kido you originally had was a little high. And the tier I'm thinking of, you wouldn't have been able to use it. You may add up to three more kido spells, but I wouldn't recommend anything above level 50s.

I still recommend an actual damage attack, not an effect one. Like a Getsuga Tensho ish ability or something. Of course, more original than that, but something wind or energy based would seem to fit. Of course, the decision is up to you. All in shikai by the way.

Bankai: Shōgeki No Tsume does not warrant a cooldown unless the passive ability applies, and you didn't state that it does.

And that's it.

Sairento Kiba No Sutoraiki I don't think needs a cooldown. It doesn't have any effects nor is it really powerful.

Beyond that, now I think it's done. Once you get rid of that cooldown, Approved.
