Tier is not a factor in this tournament. All of you can fight as if equal in ability to your opponent. I would expect no less!

Each fight will be randomly selected by me when it starts and you will post the fight in the shinigami training grounds.

In regards to ability use there is only one rule. This rule is in place to make everything more fair since not all vice-captains have bankai. There will be NO bankai. Anyone who uses bankai will immediately forfeit the match they are in.
