Her good side consists of Jessie being kind, loving and generous. She will give a lot to help the needy and is simply merciful to those who deserve the mercy that she can give. Her entire existence is built around helping others, both her loved ones and those whom she has never once met in her life. Her bad side is quite the opposite. Those who attack randomly and or attack her loved ones will receive this end of her personality. She will attack without a question and do anything to make sure that everyone, but her enemies, will make it out alive... Including unsportsmen like conduct. Likes: Women, songs, ancient tales, magical artifacts, her religion (Wicca), nature, love and fashion Fears: Drowning, her loved ones dying, religious accusations, unnatural, death Character Appearance Height: 5'6" Weight: 156 lbs Physical Traits: The woman is young, beautiful and seemingly peaceful looking. She has chin length blood red hair and mysterious grey/silver eyes. She isn't extremely short, but more average for a human human. However, she does seem really hin until you see the muscles working. Once they start going, Jessie's muscles are extremely prominant.Her skin is incredibly pale, but even though it is pale, it is extremely beautiful as well. Clothing: Jessie wears dark brown, nearly black leather armor over top of black sleeveless shirt and black skirt. On her feet she wears highly decorative black and gold suede boots and her fingernails were painted blood red. Accessories: She wears a golden pocket watch in a pocket in her shirt, a black belt with a circular buckle, black bracers with a dagger inside it and a mirror ring. Fighting Style General Fighting Style: Jessie is a flashy fighter. She is a swashbuckler incarnate. She uses her dexterity and intelligence to, not only out manuever, but confuse her opponents as well. She also likes to surprise her enemies, basically seem like she is about to loose and then suddenly spring up and crazy, destroying her opponents pride and confidence. Her crazy, skilled and flashy movements are enough to catch any fighter completely off guard. Most don't know what to do when they see someone give up defense for speed and flashy movements. Strengths: Speed, intelligence and dexterity Weaknesses: Cocky, defense and strength. Abilities & Weapons Weapon
Appearance A golden pocket watch that is tucked into a pocket with it's golden chain dangling from the pocket. Powers: With a simple turn to the left and a click of the button on the watch, time would slow down to the point that something thrown, from her or an opponent, would seem to merely hover in front of them. This would last for a good five posts or until Jessie decided to click the button again. A turn to the right and a click of the button and speed would speed up to the point that a slug would look like a person walking. Causing untrained people to stumble and things thrown seem like bullets. This would last for five posts or Jessie clicked the button again. This ability, after use, can be used after another two posts.
Weapon Appearance A black circular belt buckle. Powers: The belt has fifteen seemingly paper thin metal plates on the belt buckle. Jessie can remove a single or all of the buckle plates from her belt and throw, drop or place in the air in front of her. These are practically dimension doors, allowing instantaneous travel of people or objects. The first belt plate is black and is the enter plate, while the other plates are red and are all exit plates. They will linger for two posts and return to the belt or on command will return to the belt. Opponents, if they were smart or fast enough, can also use these dimensions... However, those must remember if Jessie closed the dimensions whatever was passing through it would be cut or lost within the dimensions. This ability has a cool down of three posts. (After all fifteen are used)
Weapon
Appearance Decorative black and gold bracers with a spring loaded dagger implanted into it Powers: It can generate an endless amount of daggers, able to block a zanpaktÅ. They also can extend into short swords at the words "Extend". The daggers will disappear after a post, after they were thrown however they will simply stay there if her hand is still on the weapon.
Weapon
Appearance A ring with, instead of a gem, a mirror for jewelry. Powers: Can remove the mirror and upon the command word, "Reflect" will disappear and make everything see like it is "Closer than they appear" This will stay like this for eight posts. This will affect everyone, herself and allies included... However she has trained herself to fight under these conditions. (Doesn't mean she won't make mistakes). She can will cool down for four posts, before it can be used again.
Back Drop:
Background: Jessie was once a bard in china. She was a decieving spy who was for hire, mostly being paid with artifacts that she treasures. Most of her weapons were payments or things she found while in a job. She was extremely good at theft. She would seduct those she needed to, so that she could get into her position for a good spying job. She was one of the best spies ever born, until her master/teacher betrayed her to the authorities. So she fled, naturally.
She left China quickly and found herself in America. The country had little use of her skills, except for her fighting skills and her interesting stories and songs.So Jessie, naturally, became a simple bard... became a famous singer and author. After a long while, people began to forget entirely that she was ever once a spy or a fighter entirely. Eventually a Chinese member of Albatross Inc. recognized whom Jessie was and mentioned her to the leader of the company, Meigen Hanseru. Meigen sought her out, which naturally scared Jessie so she fled once again to another country. She went to Japan next, another easy place to hide in the population.
She changed her name and easily changed her appearance. However, she was unable to give up her barding... Addicted to her favorite hobby.Japan also began to enjoy her stories and songs, making her famous all over again. This time it took longer for someone to realize who she actually was. It just so happened that this person was a Vizard, a female one whom took barding skills to the heart. Jessie found herself trusting this Vizard with everything and eventually her entire background. However, the Vizard made a simple mistake and got Albatross on their backs all over again.
Jessie panicked again, this time it caused the death of the one person she had entrusted everything with... The Vizard. This caused Jessie to flee, change her appearance and name again. However, this time she went back to America and invaded Albatross Inc. to get her revenge. After killing the man who killed her loved one, she found documents detailing the hunt of Jessie Kale. It was then that she realized that Albatross wanted to hire her, use her abilities and welcome her warmly to their company... A little late wasn't it?
Lost in grief, she simply collapsed into a chair in the man's desk and cried until the companies members found her and arrested her. They placed her in their little prison cells used to hold their dangerous humans in... There she waits for her turn to prove to her gaurds that she was useful to them...
Side Notes: Even though it seems Jessie has no actual powers at all, she does. Her reiatsu grants her unnatural speed
even for shunpo or anything else. Her speed is unmatched from any being she has ever seen or heard of. It also grants her an odd precognition for danger. RP Sample:

| Is there a cooldown for the first ability? I only ask for there to be one because it is not her only ability, unlike with Luke. Same goes with the dimension one. Also on that dimension one, can the opponent also use it? I kind of like that last ability, but again, I ask for a cooldown as it is illusionish. And does that affect everyone (excluding her obviously) or just her enemies, as in not her allies too? |

| There I made the changes. However, remember these are not "Abilities" persay, but more of items she has found over time and collected as payment for combat. |
