General Fighting Style: Tousei uses a variety of martial arts as well as various weapon styles to best his foes in combat. Usually uses his guns first before he or his opponent closes in on the other, at which point he will try to out skill his opponent with martial combat.

Primary Stage

Name: Iron Blood
Effect: Tousei suffers from hemochromotosis which causes an increased amount of iron in the blood stream. Because of this, he has formed sort of a bond with this iron. He is able to control it and pull it to the outside of his body to form armor, spikes, and claws across his entire body. This armor is slightly stronger than the average hierro, but on his hands and forearms the strength of the armor is the equivalent to a zanpakutou. (unlimited duration)

Name: Tears of Blood
Effect: Tousei overcharges his body with an electrical current. This current will shock anyone who comes into contact with Tousei or his iron armor. This ability can also be used in combination with Singing Blades for an additional effect. If held for longer than 10 posts straight, Tousei's eyes will begin to bleed. This is simply a sign of internal damage being caused by the flow of electricity. If held longer than 15 posts straight, Tousei will lose all feeling in his body and become super charged, increasing his power by ten times. However, if it ever comes to this, as soon as Tousei releases the ability he will fall unconscious, could end up in a coma or possibly die. After 20 posts straight, if Tousei releases the ability, he is guaranteed death. After 25 posts straight, Tousei's body will discharge all of the electricity within him and his body will be blown to bits. 5 post cooldown after discharged.

Name: Singing Blades
Effect: Tousei can launch off iron spikes at his opponent from anywhere along the length of his arms and hands. If this ability is used while Tears of Blood is active, The blades will contain an electrical charge within them. These blades can be linked to Tousei's arm via a chain of electricity, or they can be controlled via electromagnetism. The former method is, however, much easier for Tousei, thus the latter would be used much less often.

Name: Discharge
Effect: Tousei's only method of releasing his Tears of Blood ability. When Discharge is used, Tousei releases all of the electricity within him, releasing a shockwave. This shockwave becomes more powerful, and is increased in radius by 5 yards for each post that this ability is held, up to a 125 yard radius. Note: the power increase still applies beyond the 125 yard post cap.

History: This blade was once owned by Tousei's mentor, and was given to him as a gift when he departed his mountain home. Tousei cherishes this blade, but rarely ever uses it.

Powers: Custom made reiatsu filled bullets which explode on impact (so they can do damage to spirit beings such as hollows or shinigami) 9 round clips in both. 4 extra clips on Tousei's person. Each bullet can be charged with reiatsu for increased explosive damage.
History: Tousei built the guns from scratch, creating them for the sole purpose of slaying hollows.

Background:
Outcast. It was a common term for him. Tousei never really had any friends throughout school. In fact, Tousei can't even remember the last time he ever had a friend. Despite his good looks, quick wits, and incredible athletic talent, he was always the last to be picked for soccer or baseball. Even then, he was usually sitting on the bench or in the dugout, twiddling his thumbs.
Although he was always the outcast - the one that the other children were forbidden to speak to - he was never the victim... at least, not anymore. A local bully had once attempted to stuff Tousei into a trash can, but Tousei had accidentally sent a shockwave throughout his entire body, reducing his insides to mush. To all the other children, Tousei was cursed. Inhuman. A demon. They simply did not want anything to do with him. But he didn't care. He could see ghosts. He could see monsters that no one else could. He knew he was cursed.
At least that was what he thought, until one day, one of those monsters took a particular interest in him, but was stopped by a swordsman in a black gown. Only then did he notice something different about him. About the gradually increasing power within himself. He wasn't cursed... he was special.
Tousei began to believe that he wasn't quite human at all. He believed that he was some sort of entity, sent to this world to slay its demons. He was the protector of earth, but he was still weak. It was then that he decided he would become a master of the arts martial, to defend the world from these demons that plagued the earth. He went to his mother, asking if he could enlist into a martial arts club, but she said no. They didn't have the money for such petty hobbies.
So he ran away (literally). His dream wasn't about to be crushed so easily. He ran until he could run no more, and he continued to run. And then he fainted.
When he woke up, Tousei was in a room of pure white. Finally, when his mind cleared, and he tilted his head to look out over the balcony which was open to his room, he realized he was nowhere close to where he had collapsed from pure exhaustion. His old home was miles away from any mountains, and he knew he couldn't have ran miles. The balcony overlooked snow covered mountains. A man in a completely white gown which covered him from his neck to his feet walked into the room with such grace that Tousei thought he was dead; that an angel - angels can be men, right? - had just walked into his room. But he was not dead, and that was no angel. He was very much alive, and as full of this power as he had ever been, and that was a monk standing before him. A monk extremely well versed in the arts martial. A monk that knew of Advent humans. A monk that was going to train Tousei. Not only in martial forms; not only with weapons; but also how to control his power.
Tousei didn't leave his new mountain home for many years, but as the years passed his body began to age more and more slowly, finally stopping its aging at 25. The amount of reiatsu which the monk who was training him constantly required him to use was so brutal that the cells in his body slowly lost their aging process, leaving him looking like a 25 year old man permanently.
After fifty-seven years of endless, excruciating training, Tousei was finally ready to enter the real world once again, as a completely different person. He didn't know where he was going; he didn't care. As long as there were hollows along the path he chose.

I'm only iffy on the Rainbow Prism due to how many sub-abilities it has. If another staff member approves it, I'll it the second. The whole age thing has me a little confused and you really didn't explain why his aging slowed then stopped, just that it happened. I'm assuming the monk has something to do about that, but I'm not sure.

Edited. The age thing probably still doesn't make perfect sense but you should get the idea.

As for the colors, Tousei is best with blue and green, good with red, decent with orange, and he struggles with ultraviolet, infrared, and yellow.
The abilities each of these colors have are pretty simple compared to abilities of other techniques, but I do understand your concern.
The release ability isn't exactly an ability per say, it's just what happens to the residual color reiatsu when Tousei lets go of his hold on it... although it is the only way he can make yellow effective.

In the RP sample, he is fighting weak hollows that aren't strong enough to break through the Ultraviolet reiatsu, and I won't be making it seem even that good in an actual RP, just wanted you to see how it could be used.

You're right on the aging part, but makes more sense than what you had, so don't worry about it any more. Not counting the sub-abilities, or the color abilities, or whatever they are, your addition makes five. Rules say three to four max, but I do see your point on the Release ability. But is still iffy weather or not to consider it. I don't know, this guy has some weird abilities, so I'll just second it whenever another staff member takes a look at it. Glad he's a human though, once my bount gets approved, that would make four people on the human side.

I wasn't aware that weapons counted as abilities, but I will put better detail into my abilities.

Next time, please post saying what you modified please. First, more personality. Next, more on General Fighting Style. Does he likes to out skill his opponent? Does he like to fight at range or up close and personal? Perhaps he likes to fight at either range? What about his physical strength, speed, durability, and/or stamina? Does he adapt well to situations because of his mastery over a variety of weapons? Please address those that aren't strengths in weaknesses unless average.

Abilities: 1. Iron Blood, when used to make armor on his body, how strong is it, how long does it last, and how much of the body will it cover?

2. Tears of Blood, will that electricity also affect zanpakutou or other spiritual weapons? Beyond that, I'm a little iffy on it, but could be good because of the side effect. Maybe a cooldown to garuntee approval? I mean for like, less than 15 posts of keeping it active. And then maybe address if it starts over on the post count?

3. The guns, how big is the clip or do you literally charge the guns with your reiatsu like Tsubaki does?

Iron blood though I'm iffy on, because it stays up until you either become unconcious or run out of energy. To garuntee my approval, a four to five post duration with a one post cooldown at the least.
