UPDATE 2: As of now, all captain positions are closed. The event has begun and we can't have captains just waltzing in. You will have to wait for the event to finish.

The Gotei 13 is the main Military force of Seireitei or the Court of Pure Souls. It is made up of Thirteen Divisions, each headed by a Captain. Each Division has several Squads under them, each lead by a Seated Officer. A Division has its own duties, a status quo, and all members are to follow the protocol.
