Alright, from now on there is a two approval rule. This means that the character is not approved until two staff members have read it and told you they were okay with it. This will make things a little better and keep god-mod characters from slipping through, after all two heads are better than one.

Now, there is also gonna be a rule that if you have a character in unchecked applications that has "WIP" in the title, first of all it will not be even looked at until that disappears, second of all you will not be able to create another character until that one is done.
