Appearance: Tsuneo has messy medium length blonde hair, and blue eyes. His outfit is completely black. He wears a vest which is usually undone, revealing his muscular abdomen. The vest is torn at each shoulder. He wears two scimitars strapped to each side of his hip.

Personality: Tsuneo has a tendency of lipping people off in order to cause them to become infuriated to the point of attacking. He dislikes arguing, and prefers to settle his disputes with the blade. When it comes to fighting, he does not love it, nor despise it. The only reason he trains as a fighter is because he fights to survive. Despite being an arrancar, Tsuneo does understand true feelings, but at times his darker side is revealed... the side that loves fighting and killing. This alter ego of his prefers the name 'Seiko' over 'Tsuneo'.

History: Tsuneo grew up without ever knowing who his father was. For the majority of his short human life, he lived with his mother and younger brother. At the age of seventeen - one year before he moved out of the family househould - His mother was brutally murdered. All Tsuneo ever knew about the incident was that his little brother was at home, and that he survived. There was no evidence of anybody else entering the house, so Tsuneo came to an instant conclusion. This conclusion led to Tsuneo beating up his little brother to near death. After that point, he has no recollection of his past human life. He returned to 'life' as a hollow; but unlike other hollow, he had a clear mind and remembered most of his past. When he first entered Hueco Mundo, he killed any hollow who crossed his path. Because his fighting prowess, he was quickly noticed by Aizen. Aizen took him in and converted him into an arrancar.

Innate Ability: Observer - Capable of detecting and following the flow of reiatsu, as well as following precise movements. This ability requires much concentration, and Tsuneo much be completely focused on one specific target to read the movements more clearly.

RESURRECION

Tenma Sombra OR Shadow Demon

Represent: Balor

Family: Darkness

Description: Wings grow from Tsuneo's shoulder-blades, and an extremely thin tail grows from his tailbone. The tail is approximately eight feet long, and is barbed at the tip. Tsuneo's mask, hair, tail, and wings are completely black and his eyes glow red. Tribal designs appear across chest and back, and his scimitars both now resemble katanas.

Techniques:
Guirnalda de la sombra (Shadow wreath) - A wreath of shadows encircles Tsuneo, making him become practically invisible to the naked eye, as well as Tsuneo is completely hidden from reiatsu detection. However, This technique has a significant drawback. The user must completely negate the use of all of his reiatsu while in such a state minus the reiatsu required to use the technique. This means that the ability requires that Tsuneo is not in resurrecion form. Innate ability is still usable.

Destripador (Ripper) - The ground beneath Tsuneo becomes pitch black (radius of fifteen feet), and strands of dark energy appear from the area at Tsuneo's will to strike out at the opponent. Tsuneo is in complete control of these strands of shadow reiatsu, and can manipulate them at his will. In resurrecion mode, Tsuneo does not require the summoned shadow circle that he does in his sealed state, but rather causes the strands of reiatsu to come forth from whatever source of shadow is available (including his opponents shadow) And, with a substancial use of reiatsu, Tsuneo can also create these strands of reiatsu from an area not covered by shadow, although this is not always the best course of action as it quickly drains his reiatsu. If Formación Oscuro is active, Tsuneo is able to create these strands of reiatsu to shoot from his arms as well.

Desplazarse por Sombra (Move through Shadow) - Tsuneo utilizes his knowledge of shadows to instantly transport himself from one position to another. In resurrecion form, Tsuneo can also use this ability in a different way, seemingly creating five shadowy images of himself to appear around his enemy as an attack (Tsuneo is only able to use this technique in this way once, and it causes a 5 turn cooldown for any form of this technique). Maximum range is fifty yards. Can be used 5 times before a cooldown is required, and 8 times in resurrecion (if used in shadows or a darker area, it can be used with relative ease, granting half again as many turns of use rounded down). If used more than once in a post, there must be a 1 post cooldown before the remaining amount of times are allowed to be used up. Cooldown is 5 turns, plus 1 for each time this cooldown is used in a post.

Formación Oscuro (Dark Formation) - Tsuneo's scimitars seem to melt into his hands and across his body, causing his body to become much more resistant to attacks. As well, his hands become more beast-like, growing claws at the ends of his fingers. He is also able to release a blast of reiatsu at the swing of either of his hands while in this form. These blasts of reiatsu have a cooldown of 2 posts. This armor is incredibly durable at the hands and forearm, being able to sustain a blow equal to what his scimitars would regularly be able to handle. The rest of his armor is able to sustain smaller reiatsu blasts (such as the hadou spells 25 and lower). The effects of this technique persist until Seiko reforms his weapons.

RP Sample: Taken from one post from a previous Roleplay site. (was supposedly as strong as the captain commander then... and also, similar character to the one I just posted a template for)

Just as he had expected, the sotaicho seemed to easily dodge and parry his strikes. But he could feel it. The residual reiatsu which had caused him to become blind was fading away, which meant he would once again be facing off against Keiji on even ground. He could focus his reiatsu elsewhere rather than on his innate ability.

Spinning around to face Keiji once again, Seiko opened his eyes for the first time since the beginning of this battle. Not even bothering to lift his blades to defend against the incoming strike, he sent a cold stare towards Keiji, his blue eyes glinting in the sunlight - a hint of red seeming to begin to outline the iris.
Only a few words escaped his lips, his tone revealing incredible malice, "Let's get serious..." Then his reiatsu erupted. And he was gone, leaving behind only a puff of darkness.

Reappearing about twenty metres away from his opponent, Seiko held both of his scimitars out to either side. His head bowed towards the ground as he concentrated massive quantities of reiatsu into his blades. Looking up towards Keiji slowly, he let the power flow out onto his scimitars; let the power lick across the metal surface, and writhe about with immense energy, almost as if it wanted to escape; and escape it would.

"Último Cero"

Seiko started to walk towards Keiji slowly, gradually picking up his pace as he approached his target. A quarter of the distance covered, Seiko hunched his back and leaned forwards in order to pick up the pace. He was now sprinting. Letting out a feral roar, and only eight metres away from Keiji, Seiko forcefully swung his left scimitar in a great vertical arc to slam it into the ground, releasing the immense pressure of the reiatsu within the blade, sending the shadow flames blasting across the earth towards Keiji, causing massive destruction along the way.

But he wasn't finished. Once the blast of one of his ceros was released, he instantly focused his reiatsu into his feet in order to sonido directly behind the target. Slashing viciously with his right scimitar now, Seiko intended to release the power of his second Cero directly into the back of Keiji while he was occupied in defending against the initial Cero release.
