Personality: Albel often appears aloof and indifferent, and rarely shows any emotions other than slight annoyance or dissatisfaction. He thinks highly of himself and is cruel to others, though he is protective of his minions. He cares little for others, and thinks that humans and shinigami, while at times amusing, are ultimately expendable. He believes that struggle is the only way for survival. Albel is also a very sadistic individual, taking great pleasesure in torturing beings.

Apparel:
Albel wears a white coat with a collar like Azien's in his hueco mundo attire and small arm tight sleeves. The coat goes down to his ankles and ends. He wears no shirt, and wears a wide, black belt around his white pants. Like most arrancar, he also has black socks and white sandals. Albel's sealed zanpakuto takes the form of a Nodachi. The hilt is black, and the guard is gold in color. It's shaped in an oval shape, and has 4 rectangle shaped rods connecting it to the weapon. The blade is black, with gold kanji going down the blade. The meaning of the kanji isn't known to Albel, being a very ancient language once used by hueco mundo.

Albel grows four black wings, similar to the wings in the picture above. Two of the wings are smaller, fitting inside the other set. His fingers become claws, and his feet become black talons. His hair becomes wild and unruly. His weapon becomes a black spear similar to Ulquiorra's Lanzar de Relampago, but is longer and used as a weapon instead of a projectile.

Viento Mortaja [Wind Shroud]: A dense gust of wind circles Albel, protecting him from an opponents attack. The wind can scatter the reiatsu of a kidou, or energy based attack, nullifying them as well. It can protect him from attack equal in strength to 40 kidous. The technique can be performed once per minute.

Viento Cicatriz [WindScar]: An attack that condenses thew reiatsu around Albel's lance and fires in the direction he shoots it. The blast goes vertical, and moves at a high rate of speed.

Tempestad [Storm]: A high speed wind blows around Albel and his opponent. Albel combines this technique with the battlefield to produce varied effects. Example, if used in Hueco Mundo, he could use this ability to create a sandstorm.

Background: [Replace Locutus with Albel, I don't wanna go through and change it all]

Locutus was born in the year 46 bc. His family was known as the greatest warrior family in all of rome. His father served as the person advisor to the emperor of rome himself. However, as a child, he took no interest in war or politics. His only desire was to entertain people with music. When he told his parents of his dream, the did nothing but laugh at him. From the age of four, his parents began training him to be the soldier he would one day become. When he wasn't in training, he enjoyed playing with friends and other child like activities.

When Locutus turned six years old, his parents began to give him less and less free time. Instead of spending time with his friends like most kids his age, he was given more training time, and more study time. Being such a young child, he missed spending time with other kids. The work was also undoubtedly stressful on a child so young. When he tried to ask his parents for more free time, even when he explained his circumstance, he was only beaten and given less and less free time. By time he was eight, he only had 2 hours of free time. He had also begun to grow very cold feelings for his parents, and even began to hate them.

On his fifteenth birthday, he was enlisten as a soldier in the Imperial Romnan Army. He was one of the more skilled soldiers, due to all his overworking. Instead of learning to use a weapon and a shield, like most soldiers, he learned to use two swords. His speed and agility helped him dodge enemies, giving him no need for a shiled. He was also very alert, being aware of everything around him, making a sneak attack on him near impossible. By time he was 17, he had already become a general, becoming the youngest general in the history of the empire.

Despite the priase given to him by his parents, his hate for them remained. They didn't give him a decent childhood. He didn't think that was too much to ask for. One night, while his parents were sleeping, he crept into their room and slit their throats. He laughed malevolently watching them gasp for air, watching as their lives faded slowly and painfully. The next morning, he rushed to the medical center and told them about his aprents. Tears were running down his face, and he looked very distressed. However, this was just an act. Nobody would have suspected him of the crime. Nobody knew just how cold he was. Soon after, he took his fathers place as the king's right hand advisor.

When Locutus turned 24, he had become the top general of the roman army. Along with his power and fame, he had also began to corrupt. he had become a major womanizer, sleeping with a different woman every night. Sometimes he'd even sleep with multuiple women in a night. He had also become a huge alchoholic. The only time he wasn't drunk was when he was in combat. He comtinued living this life for the next 30 years, when his bad karma would finally begin to catch up with him.

Locutus had become a truly heartless person, not caring about anything. he didn't care about his loyalty to his country, or even his own life anymore. His greed and depraved lifestyle had complete control over him. No matter how much money or possessions he obtained, he wanted more and more. One night, he remembered how much fun he had killing his parents. He remembered the thrill he felt watching the life drain from their bodies. He hadnt felt a joy like that for a long time. He wanted to feel the thrill again. He began to kill the women he slept with, and hid their bodies in a deep, underground room in his manor. Just like his parents murders, they were committed slowly and painfully.

When he turned 35, it was apparent he had lost all sanity as a human being. He wanted erome for himself. he had done so much work for this country, why shouldn't he rule it? One night, a few weeks after much planning, he used a secret path he had found that led straight into the king's chamber. Not only did he assassinate the king, but he also gagged and raped his wife before murdering her as well. In the morning, news of the king's assassination traveled quickly, and an investigation was started. Locutus chuckled. There was no way he would get caught. He hadn't been caught for his other atrocious crimes. Why would he get caught for this one? Little did he know, Karma had it's ways of catching those who tried to outrun it.

A few months later, on the day of Locutus' swearing in as the new king of rome, it was discovered that he was the one who murdered the king and his wife. It was also revealed, but to much investigation, that he had killed his parents. They also discovered the skeletons of the women he killed in his basement when his manor was raided. He was thrown in the dungeon, sentenced to death as a traitor. A few months later, he was cricified for his crimes, and all of his living relatives lived in disgrace. However, something sent a chill down the people's spines. As Locutus was killed, he held a smile on his face.

Locutus roamed the land as a spirit, attatched to the world. he wanted to keep killing. That was all he wanted. His request was granted one day, when he met a spirit who looked like a monster. This monster called itsself a hollow, and promised Locutus that, if he became a hollow and served him, he couild continue killing not only humans, but even other spiritual races. He accepted the deal, and the hollow transformed him.

As a hollow, he retained his memories of his human life. he wanted to show the romans that he may have been dead, but he wasn't finished killing. The opther hollow took him to hueco mundo, the world of hollows, and taught him the basics about hollows. He taught Locutus the basics of hollow life, about their powers, evolution, hueco mundo, and what happened to hollow when they died. He began to teach Locutus how to use his hollow powers, which would be needed in combat against shinigami. Once Locutus leanred how to use his hollow powers, he went back to earth and destoryed the roman palace, and killed many of the citizens. he laughed maniaclly as he watched the chaos he was causing. However, the other hollow, who was a vasto lorde, used a graganta to bring him back to hueco mundo. No doubt many shinigami would be sent to investigate the attack.

The vasto lorde began to teach Locutous about the soul society, and the shinigami. Their art of combat, the newly formed shinigami academy, and how deadly a shinigami's zanpakuto was to hollow like them. He also taught Locutus about how to become more powerful. Locutus took this hollow's words to heart and began to cannibalize other hollows to increase his own stregnth. After a few weeks of cannibalizing, Locutus' master decided it was time to show him how delectible a shinigami's blood could be.

Locutus and his master went to earth, and Locutus began to consume human souls to lure a shinigami while his master waited. When the shinigami arrived, he was shocked to see a hollow and a vasto lorde together. he thought hollows only consumed each other, not worked together. The vasto lorde killed the shinigami, and gave the corpse to Locutus. It was the most wonderful thing he'd ever tasted. He wanted another one. The two hollow then returned to hueco mundo. Locutus continued to train his powers, and come up with battle strategies to defeat shinigami. The vasto lorde was pleased with Locutus' progress, and was glad he had taken him under his wing.

For the next 50 years, Locutus continued to devour many souls. Human, shinigami, and hollow alike. He was also slowly becoming one of the most notorious hollow on the soul societies wanted list. One day, the soul society sent a vice-captain level shinigami to take him down. Locutus knew this shinigami was more powerful than he was. However, his master was with him, and his master weakened the shinigami for him. Locutus then devoured the shinigami, and transformed into a gillian class menos. He had finally begun his evolution.

Locutus, like other gillians, spent his time in the forest of menos. As with most gillian, he spent his time in the forest of menos. He had lost his ability to speak, and his personality was mixed in with the other hollows. He now served a new master, an ajuchas class menos. For 100 years he blindly served this new master, connibalizing other hollows blindly, and hoping to further his evolution. He was disappointed, however, that this next evolution was taking much longer than his first one had.

Over the 100 years that passed, Locutus slowly began to regain his mind. However, one day, a squadron of shinigami who accidentally wandered into hueco mundo found themselves in the forest of menos. Locutus' squadron engaged the shinigami in combat. However, he had slipped away from the group, sensing the shinigami. While the groups were engaged in combat, Locutus had been charging a cero, and fired it toward the roof of the forest. It collapsed in that area, crushing the shinigami and his squadron. he then fired a second cero to finish off all the weakened hollow and shinigami. After this, he wandered the forest alone, cannibalizing other hollow and trying to further his evolution.

After another 200 years had passed, he wondered how long he would be a gillian, and if he would ever futher his evolution. As ghe pondered this, he sensed a very familiar reiatsu. It was the ajuchas he had previously served. The ajuchas wanted revenge for Locutus' betrayal, and the two battled. However, Locutus' betrayal had left permanent injury to the ajuchas, The injury gave Locutus enough of a handicap to consume the hollow. He hadn't evolved, but it had brought him a good deal closer. 50 years after this battle, Locutus evolved into an ajuchas class menos himself, regaining his ability to speak.

As when he was an average garden variety hollow, he was very cocky and arrogant. he began to create his own squadron of menos to serve him. He knew he would have a better chance of survival if he had an army on his side. It didn't take him long at all to manipulate those half witted gillian, who didn't realize they were merely pawns. It made him wonder what the ajuchas he served thought of him.

After 200 years of managing his group, consuming the worthless menos, and battling other menos groups, civil war broke out in the forest. Every Ajuchas wanted to rule the forest, and they all had an army of menos ready to help them secure it. However, Locutus saw this war as pointless and moronic. Even if they ruled the forest, they were still subjuected to the rule of the hollow king. Locutus consumed the gillian from his group, and then, for the first time in hunderds of years, left the forest of menos. He would never again enter the forest again.

Locutus remembered about the vasto lorde villages on the outskirts his former master told him about, and wanted to see what a hollow village would be like. From what he'd seen, hollows don't seem to live together, just cannibalize each other. He decided to travel around the outskirts to find one of these villages. However, he didn't realize how massive the white sands of hueco mundo were. He had been traveling the desert for 500 years, and still had found no village. However, one day, he did stumble upon something. Locutus saw his former master, the vasto lorde, on the ground, bloody and dying. However, Locutus had held no loyalties to anyone and didn't want such great power going to waste. Locutus consumed his former master. That gave him the power he needed to become a vasto lorde himself.

As a vasto lorde, his personality had changed a bit. While he was still the sadistic hollow he had been before, he didn't speak much, only speaking if he felt it was necessary. Also, in battle, he no longer liked to flaunt his stregnth to his opponent. He liked to use as little of his power as possible. Also, as such a powerful being, he no longer felt the need to cannibalize other hollow. He also gained a new ability as a vasto lorde, a very great mastery over his reiatsu, allowing him to use it in many ways, including condense it into a weapon. His weapon of choice are dual nodachi.

A few months after this, after hundreds of years of searching, he found a vasto lorde village. However, instead of villages, they seemed more like war camps. The residents socialized, but they also plotted war against other villages, which is the main reason that vasto lorde are rare present day. Locutus found that pointless and unproductive, but their desire for war intrigued him. He decided to stay there, and they could be useful to him someday. He joined them in war against other villages at first merely to test the limits of his power.

Once Locutus knew what he could do, he talked to his camp about a raid on the earth. Most of them didn't want to waste their time on earth, but two other arrancar were willing to help him. He and the two other arrancar went to earth and began to destory homes and consume souls. The soul society had sent four captains to deal with the three vasto lorde. However, the soul society hadn't encountered vasto lorde before, and they underestimated their power. The captains had successfully fought them back to hueco mundo, but one of the captains, the captain of the 9th division, was killed. The other captains reported to the 4th division medical center.

Locutus continued to fight wars with his village, but soon grew very bored of senseless battling. Locutus decided to leave the village and return Las Noches. He wanted to join Lord Barragan's espada and fight the soul society. Once the soul society was out of the way, he could bring earth to it's knee's. He once again took the dreadful 500 year trip back to Las Noches. When he arrived back in las noches, he was told only arrancar could be espada. He hadn't wanted to become an arrancar, for fear he'd become too power hungry like as a human. That was his downfall, and he didn't want it to happen again. However, he decided to let fate do what it would, and removed his mask, becoming an arrancar. Being the only vasto lorde arrancar in Barragan's espada, he easily killed the previous primera and took his place.

He spent the next 100 years testing his new power and abilities. He also tested out his resurreccion, which had been based off his great mastery over his reiatsu. Once he knew the extent of his arrancar powers, the king ordered him and two other arrancar to attack the soul society. He wanted to provoke them into attacking hueco mundo. Locutus and the other two arrancar entered the soul society successfully. Becuase of the barrier they couldn't enter the seireitei, but they knew attacking rukongai would draw the captains to them. They began to ravage rukongai, each one a different district. When the soul society sent the captains after them, they told the captains to meet them in hueco mundo. They retreated back to hueco mundo, and waited for the soul societies counter attack. Their mission was a success, and it was only a matter of time before the soul society would retaliate.

50 years after the attack, the soul society launched an attack on hueco mundo, sending ten captains to deal with the 10 espada. Locutus battled the 5th division captain, a shinigami by the name of Sasuke Ito. The captain and him battled for a little while, and the captain realized his was outmatched. He released his bankai, and the two were able to battle on par. However, Locutus released into his resurreccion stage 1, the only time he ever needed to release his zanpkauto against an opponent. Locutus quickly gained the upper hand in the battle and killed the captain. One other captain, the captain of the 3rd division, was killed.

From then on until Aizen's visit 350 years later, the soul society and hueco mundo were at a stalemate, trying to become more powerful than the other. The two worlds didn't really have any conflicts, though. Barragan wanted to have a ten vasto lorde espada before he attacked the soul society, and he only had Locutus. Instead, he just had Ajuchas and Gillian fight each other and consume each other in an attempt to create more vasto lorde. Locutus sat by his side, watching the battles. Occasionally when he was bored, Locutus would fight the other espada since they would soon be irrelevant.

One day, 3 shinigami led by a man named Sousuke Aizen visited hueco mundo and took over Barragan's throne. Locutus hadn't been present when the shinigami came, but when they left to finish their job in the soul society and Locutus returned, Barragan told him to leave until the shinigami king was overthrown. Locutus reluctantly left Las Noches, having no desire to serve a shinigami. He fought other hollows to increase his power. He would overthrow the shinigami if he needed to.

Ok so you cant have instant regeneration, only high speed. There is a difference, also you cant have segundo. If you look on our template you need 500 posts. Your gonna have to remove that. How powerful of attacks can that wind shroud block? How often can it be used? Cero Viento, what the hell it that and what does it do? It was vaguely mentioned in the application as being able to be fired instantly, but doesn't say what it does.

Sorry, I forgot to take out the Cero Viento from the description when I transferred the application from site to site. I didn't include the Segundo as in he had it able to use, I just included the abilities and appearance of the form so that you guys would know the abilities wern't god moddish. When I said instant, I meant high speed, just used to people referring to it as instant.

Lower the strength of the kidou block, remember 80 is really high up there. You can lower it to like 40 and it still pretty powerful. Also still need you to remove sugundo

Resurrecion Segundo: Albel has not achieved this form yet. In addition to the transformations made in his first release, his skin becomes black and his clothes dissipate. His eyes also glow a pure white.
